    Yes. When connected to the TTLock app via Bluetooth, you can view the lock's activity history, including unlock records and timestamps. If you add the DESLOC G2 Wi-Fi Gateway (sold separately), you can also check these records remotely when you're away from home.

  • How difficult is it to replace an older handleset with this one? Is it still a DIY project?

    For most standard U.S. front doors, installation is a straightforward DIY project. If you're replacing an existing deadbolt and handleset with standard door preparations, you can usually install the B200 using only a screwdriver. Printed and digital installation guides are included to help you through the process.

  • If my internet goes down, will the lock still work normally?

    Yes. The lock itself does not rely on your home's internet connection for everyday operation. You can continue using fingerprints, PIN codes, key fobs, and physical keys as normal. Bluetooth functions also continue to work when you're within range. Only remote features through the G2 Wi-Fi Gateway require an internet connection.
