  • What should I do if I forgot the passcode?

    If you've forgotten your Master Passcode, you can manage or reset your lock through the TTLock app if it's already paired to your account. If you no longer have access, you can perform a factory reset by following the instructions in the user manual, then set up the lock again. Your physical key can always be used to unlock the door if needed.
