Ummm, why does the specifications of this product say it doesn't support recording video? My DJI Mini 3 supports video. Why wouldn't the DJI Mini 5 support video?

The picture with this item shows the DJI ND filter package, but the specs don't list it. Does this come with ND8/32/128 filters?

Does this come with the extended flight time battery?
