A: Was in the store and answered my own question. Yes this is the actual cover.
A: From what I can get, now that I have a Best Buy copy of the game, Doom 1 and 2 are based on version 10.0.3 instead of the current 10.0.10 patch. Sadly, not included in the Best Buy release :/ Doom 3, however, is up-to-date on every copy. But the biggest problem that also plagued the LRG release is that Doom 1 will not let you start the game without a software update, even though the second game will give you the option to boot without it.
Q: Will this be restocked or is that the end of the story?
A: It is by limited run games they only make however many were ordered. So once they are gone any unopened ones will jump in price on third party sites/apps. Honestly grab the "doom slayers collection". Slayers is 5 games(doom, doom 2, doom 3, doom 64, and doom 2016) and this is only 3 games(doom, doom 2, and doom 3).
