The NVY-6HDCFSL-N2 is a 6.5" slim hybrid coaxial speaker from the DS18 NVY series, the brand's high-performance line. It handles 250 watts RMS and 500 watts peak at 2 ohms. Construction includes a carbon fiber cone, a cloth surround and an aluminum basket. The motor uses a neodymium assembly. An IP65 rating protects the driver against water and dust in open-air installs on boats, side-by-sides and powersports vehicles. Sensitivity is rated at 97dB across a 85Hz to 20kHz response. Mounting requires a 5.65" / 143.5mm cutout and 2.58" / 65.5mm of depth, so confirm the opening before installing. Sold as a pair.

The carbon fiber cone holds its shape under sustained power instead of flexing and losing definition, paired with cloth surround and aluminum basket. Material choice is what separates a driver that stays accurate from one that only plays loud.
A neodymium motor drives 250 watts RMS and 500 watts peak, built around 2" voice coil on a glass fiber former and 9.26 Oz of magnet. Neodymium keeps the motor compact and the magnetic field strong, which means tighter cone control at full output.
A compression driver handles the upper range from the center of the assembly. It delivers the output and clarity a dome tweeter cannot reach in an open-air install.
Engineered to endure: IP65 rated against water and dust, aluminum construction. Built for open-air installs where the speaker lives exposed to saltwater, spray and sun year round.
The driver covers 85Hz to 20kHz as a single moving assembly, so the midrange stays continuous instead of handing off between drivers. Vocals and instruments hold their body and their edge at the top of the volume range.
