The MOFCR-12FT is a marine-grade RCA interconnect for car audio systems. Each cable is 12 feet long. The conductor is tinned oxygen-free copper. Plugs are metal with injected pvc body. Shielding keeps alternator whine and other electrical noise out of the signal path. Runs from the head unit or processor to the amplifier.
At 12 feet, it covers a run from the head unit to a rear amplifier location without splicing or coiling excess cable behind the dash.
Tinned Oxygen-Free Copper carries the signal with lower resistance than the copper-clad aluminum used in budget cables, which matters most on long runs.
Shielding and a twisted-pair construction reject the alternator whine and electrical noise that a car's charging system induces into unshielded interconnects.
UV-resistant PVC and tinned conductors resist corrosion in boats, UTVs and other open-air installs.
