I bought this for my Chevy Impala. It can be used in any vehicle. It was easy to install. The power cable was super long and I was able to tuck it away for a permanent install. The suction cup locked in tight to the windshield. I placed mine to the right of the rear view mirror. It can go on either side. Just my preference. Easy to install the SD card, it will ask to format it. The buttons are easy to figure out and navigate. It auto records which is nice. The photos and video quality are clear. It will also auto detect a crash and lock it down for recording. Very happy with this. Probably buying another for my truck.
