This is the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever purchased. You must have it on boost for there to be any power and you'll get about 7 minutes of run time out of a full charge. It won't pick up everything and you'll need to hold the button the whole time which is uncomfortable. There's no light either so you can't see what's on the floor if it's dark. No clue why this product works so poorly and I'll probably throw it in the garbage. Going back to Bissell -- you don't have to hold the button, there's a headlight, and it's super powerful. You lost a customer, Dyson. This thing sucks (but not the way it's supposed to). Maneuverability is awful. I just bought it in December. Worked okay for the first few weeks and has been degrading in performance every single day since. Never again.

My recent experience with Best Buy's customer service has been nothing short of abysmal. Over the course of this ordeal, I've spent a staggering 182 minutes on the phone, only to be left without any resolution to my issue. The most frustrating aspect of this experience has been the consistent lack of follow-through from their support team. On three separate occasions, I was promised callbacks, and not once did I receive one. Additionally, I was assured twice that I would receive email resolutions, yet my inbox remains empty of any communication from Best Buy. This pattern of broken promises and lack of accountability is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful to customers who rely on their services. The amount of time I've wasted trying to resolve my issue, coupled with the emotional toll of repeatedly being let down, has severely damaged my trust in Best Buy as a company. At this point, I'm seriously reconsidering whether or not to ever shop with Best Buy again unless this situation is resolved promptly and satisfactorily. This experience has demonstrated a clear disregard for customer time and satisfaction, which are crucial factors in my decision of where to take my business. I sincerely hope that Best Buy takes this feedback seriously and makes significant improvements to their customer service processes. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable customer support.

I bought a Dyson vacuum with high expectations because I thought it was a great brand, but I’ve been very disappointed. The battery dies way too fast, and for the price, I expected much better performance. There are definitely better and cheaper options out there. Unfortunately, I threw away the box right after opening it because I didn’t think I would need it, and now I’m stuck with something I don’t even like. Very frustrating experience.

This thing is the most expensive, worthless vaccume. It is difficult to take the stick off to put an attachment on. The attachment doesn't do what it should because it is too short to reach because of the battery. It gets all the material stuck in it all the time and there is not an easy way to get it out. You may as well just pickk up every thing on your carpet by hand- it would do better. If you have a pet, which we don't, I couldn't even imagine. My fault for buying a Dyson- as they make horrible, expensive, products. Do yourself a favor and get a plug in shark- worked for years until the cord started to fray.

Not happy at all. Spent $600 to give as a gift to my niece. When she opened it in front of us, she looked at us confused. We found out somebody had put a used vacuum in and returned it and resealed the box. Not very happy with best buy's quality control on returned items. We were mortified.

Bought in Sep 2024 when it was on sale. Battery life is ok and worked well for about 3 months. I can get the floors cleaner with a broom. Bin doesn't hold much dirt and have to constantly clean the filter on the top. Won't even pick up some dog hair when the warning light is flashing. Not worth the cost.

Got home. Opened the box. Realized that it already been used and wasn't working so brought it back to the store and the people at the desk refused to allow me to return it. They asked me why I was all dirty. I told them I'm a gardener but they just thought that I was crazy and began to speak to me like I'm stupid and made me feel so awkward that I turned and walked out of the store. Best buy would not help me, I've been able to get nowhere with customer service. So now I'm stuck with this stupid broken vacuum and a 400 hole in my pocket. I would rate this lower if I could. Does not pick up, anytime I try to use Turbo it completely stops working and displays an error message that the airflow is blocked, even when it's empty. It is extremely difficult to separate the pieces to empty, too.

For a $600 dollars vacuum I am beyond shocked by the poor quality. The vacuum head is designed in a way where you cannot pick up and item as big as a cheerio. The suction is also almost non existent. You will be beyond mad at yourself if you fall for purchasing this. I’m telling you do not ever buy a Dyson they will always fail and underperform no matter how expensive they keep getting

I cant believe I'm having to write this, as we have been loyal Dyson customers for many years. This V11 has stopped working after just 10 months of moderate use. It is supposed to have a 2 year warranty. Im learning its worth nothing. Dyson wont respond to message, since the first one a week ago, and they are not helping at all. Super disappointed having purchased multiple products over many years. This will be the last Dyson product we purchase.

I bought it on October 16 and they dropped the price 3 weeks later. I called the customer care service for price match and they literally told me that they only price match during the holiday season which is from November. I tried talking to senior at customer service and they hung up on me. Literally the worst service. Made a mistake buying it from Best Buy.

I’ve had Dyson vac in past. This new one was terrible. It was impossible for my wife to separate stick from motor to clean. We returned and go new one with same problem. They definitely have a problem

I am not a fan of this vacuum. I ordered it for about a month before I tried it out and now I’m passed when I can return it. The instructions suck. I wish I would’ve bought a normal vacuum because I cannot get the casing piece back on after trying to clean it out and it’s making it dysfunctional when I try to disconnect the bottom. It just opens up and spill stuff everywhere but not opening all the way.

Would not recommend...very difficult to remove dust chamber from stem to empty...VERY DIFFICULT...also seems I have to clean filter frequently (have a lot of hardwood so not overused). Had to return the v15 detect because it was worse...hard to empty and went into "floor" mode constantly when cleaning carpets. I loved my old dyson v6...seems the company quality is deteriorating

After fully charging the Dyson V11, it was amazing , picking up dirt and hair our corded vacuum missed. Unfortunately, the lcd screen stopped working, and all attempts at resetting the issue were unsuccessful. I tried calling Dyson direct, but was told since I didn’t purchase direct from them, I was out of luck, had to go to Best Buy where I purchased it. Returned for a Shark cordless, and have had zero issues, and awesome results!
