The most horrible thing is the running time of this vacuum 15 min ONLY!!!!! He works pnly on boost mode but continues to tell me to switch for regular mode which did not work on my carpet. Feel like a toy

Overall, this is a good vacuum. I was a bit disappointed to learn that you have to hold the trigger down the entire time you are using it though. It is also heavier than I expected it to be. A cheaper brand that I also have, has a light on the head so you can see what you are sweeping up better and I’m missing that feature with the Dyson. Just figured given the price and brand, it should be more light, have the ability to keep the trigger on while in use, and have a light on the head. It does have great suction power, I enjoy the docking station, it has a good battery life, good sized canister that’s easy to empty, and I enjoy not having to clean the hair out of the head.

Good vacuum it works well i just wish it had a light on the front. also does not work on thicker carpets but that was kind of expected

Unfortunately, I ordered this vacuum online, based on its reputation and a few reviews. I didn't return it, because I used it a few times before I realized its deficiencies. Although the suction is great, the design is extremely awkward and the vacuum is heavy. I am only 5 feet tall, so this makes it seem even more unmanageable. The problem is the battery that must remain connected to the vacuum for its use. Disappointed, but working through it.

The top is a bit heavy + clunky… you can’t just leave it / walk away if you lean it you have to prop it so it wont slide/ fall so that makes it inconvenient. Bought it because it’s specifically for dog hair but it fills so fast. The purple is nice but it barely touches anything and scratches/ paint chips so easy which makes it look ugly. Battery needs recharging fairly fast.

It is the best on the market for suction and storage capacity when it comes to wireless vacuums. However, Dyson switched to a trigger based power on system that has to be held down while using. This leads to a sore finger when cleaning the whole house. On a second not, we had to replace two Dyson unit due to them breaking or malfunctions. Thank goodness we had Total Care Plus!

Good vacuum overall with excellent suction. But a major problem we found is the floor head causes scuff marks all over the hardwood floors. These scuff marks are all over and unable to do anything different with the vacuum to prevent them. Therefore I don’t like the vacuum.

This unit is considerably heavier than the V10 (pet) model that I just replaced. The small head attachment is improved, and the suction power seems to be same or better. I'm also not thrilled with the canister emptying mechanism, we'll see how long it holds up. Also, BB slipped in a 15-day return window, which I've never seen before!

Great Vacuum and suction power, i love Dyson and their products, but im very dissapointed at the cleaning method, it makes the hair get stuck on top then you have to stick your hand inside and pull it out and dust flies everywhere, i hate having to emtied out, i wish i would of bought a different vacumm because of this.

Battery life is good. It is a little top heavy and it doesn’t pick up small pieces of broken glass. The pieces rattle around for a while and then drop out. The low power setting is not very useful.

Cleans good but seems to require more maintenance than other brands. There is a buildup at the end of the brush head and dusts inside motor head needs cleaned out often to remain peak performance. Additionally the motorized head does not seem to last more than a couple years. It is almost less expensive to buy another vacuum than replace battery or other parts.

Great product BUT the dust bin falls off now. It is under one year since purchase. Disappointed because it works great in pet hair. Will be calling product support for a replacement.

It works well as previous models but you need to press the bottom all the time and always press by accident when you just move it but not use it, which is kinda annoying. So I still prefer the model before.

Not very impressed With this cacuum. Has great suction but is a bit heavy in the arm and plastic bin that accumulates debris fils up quickly and releasing it is not easy. Always feels like you are going to break the release. Woukd not buy again

Light and easy to use. Simple assembly and good attachments included. Works ok so far, but feels pretty cheap, especially for the price.
