Meet Eargo 7, the most advanced hearing aid Eargo has ever designed—available over-the-counter (OTC) and self-fitting for your convenience. This tiny (but mighty!) marvel was engineered around the concept of virtual invisibility. That's why Eargos go inside your ear—not around it. It's so small, nobody will know you are wearing it. So comfortable, you might forget you're wearing them too. Eargo 7 features Sound Adjust+ with Clarity Mode, a powerful capability that automatically adapts your Eargo devices to your current sound environment. Whether you're whispering in a library or rocking out at a concert, you won't have to adjust your audio profile for crisper, clearer conversations—Eargo 7 does that for you. With the Sound Match feature, you can screen your own hearing and tailor Eargo 7 to your unique hearing preferences. Download the Eargo mobile app and create your settings for a personalized listening experience. Plus, with its IPX7 water-resistance rating and improved noise reduction performance, Eargo 7 is ready for whatever life might throw your way, so you can go about your day interruption-free. If you have any questions, enjoy lifetime customer support from our team of hearing professionals. Simply call us or start a conversation through the app. LEGAL DISCLAIMER: By ordering this item, I am certifying that I am at least 18 years old, I have had the opportunity to visit Eargo's website to review their User Instructional Brochure support tab with various informational videos, and know that I can call a live Eargo Customer Service Representative for assistance. Eargo 7 is a self-fitting OTC hearing aid, so no traditional in-office clinic visits to fit your devices are required. Simply download the Eargo app and use the Sound Match feature to tailor your Eargos to your unique hearing needs.
Eargos are designed to be virtually invisible to everyone—you included. This tiny device discreetly disappears inside your ear canal where no one can see them. Unlike traditional behind-the-ear models, Eargo 7 will not interfere with glasses, face coverings, and hats.
No more replacing microscopic batteries - all Eargo devices are fully rechargeable. Plugging in overnight delivers up to 16 hours of use, whereas the contactless charging case provides up to 2 days of portable power, ensuring Eargo is always ready to go whenever you need it.
Eargo 7 features our improved Sound Adjust+ with Clarity Mode, which will identify your current environment and automatically modify your sound profile to the ideal audio setting. No need to manually adjust with the app or by tapping your ear—Eargo 7 does it on the fly for you.
Our flower-like Petal tips provide natural sound and unparalleled comfort while securing your Eargos in place all day. Swapping your tips is easy and you can choose between Open Petals and Closed Petals - opt for the closed style if you prefer a richer, louder sound.
Eargo 7 comes standard with a 2-year repair warranty and 2-year loss/damage protection, by far our longest warranty yet.
