Got this lil guy specifically so I could stop pretending sweeping was a valid way to spend my evenings. Mission accomplished: the app mapping and automatic settings make it super easy to kick off a cleaning job without overthinking it. Hot-water mopping was the selling point for me, and on that front, it delivers. Ease of use? Golden. Knocked a star off for cleaning quality and obstacle avoidance. It struggles to pull dust and dirt away from floor trim, so I do a quick perimeter sweep beforehand — which, yes, I’m aware is still sweeping. Its mopping capabilities are solid for day-to-day maintenance but won’t save you if you had a spaghetti incident. Also, it once identified a small fluff of cat fur as an obstacle and navigated around it with full confidence lol It gets caught on the edges of thin rugs and has beef with my couch legs specifically, but the zone-blocking feature in the app makes it easy to just… give those areas up for the time being and try again another day. Deep clean mode clocks in at about 3 hours for 1200sqft, which is fine (it’s not like I was going to do it faster). OVERALL: great lil robot that has found me a bit of freedom. It doesn’t get everything, but it gets enough, and that’s more than I can say for my own motivation haha

I absolutely love this floor cleaning robot! It’s so smart!!! it even turns its light on at night and never bumps into walls or furniture. It cleans thoroughly, scrubbing away stubborn spots, and the self-washing mop pad is a total game changer. Quiet, efficient, and a huge time saver.

The DEEBOT X11 OmniCyclone is very effective for daily cleaning. It has strong suction that handles dust and pet hair easily, and the mop leaves floors looking clean. The self-cleaning base is very convenient and reduces the need for maintenance. A solid choice for keeping the house tidy.

We’ve had our Ecovac Robot Vaccum / Mop for almost a month now and it got my floors so clean in less than 5 times of using it. Mind you I used a steam mop and swiffer and couldn’t get my floors clean you could walk around and black would be on your feet no matter how many times I’ve washed the floor. After buying this machine there’s no more dirt on our feet. I highly recommend this model and spending the money on it. The only thing we are struggling with is the cleaning solution isn’t coming out and being used with the machine from the cleaning slots so we are working with customer service right now to resolve this

I really like my ecovacs robot vacuum and mop. It cleans well ,even under the furniture, and the mopping function keeps my floors shiny . It’s quite and easy to control front my phone . Perfect for busy days!

We run it every night at 8:00, it’s back on its charger, full of dirt and hair. It even fits under the couch, which has been amazing. It’s also very quiet — the sound doesn’t bother us at night, and even during the day it’s not distracting while watching TV. The only minor issue is that it struggles to move from the hardwood floor onto the small shag rug in the bathroom. I’m guessing the rug’s texture makes it difficult to climb. It’s not a big deal for us, though — we just roll the rug up each night.

I do love it but I do love the moping pads on the depot omni x2. I still don’t know which is better.

I’ve been very impressed so far, it has a good battery life, does a good job cleaning up the fur from our four dogs and two cats, waiting on the fluid for the mop as it was a little crazy it didn’t send any with it and that is another 75 bucks to order theirs but I don’t want to gum it all up using knock off stuff. It has a camera that it sees through so it doesn’t just keep going till it runs into the walls like my last iRobot vacuum did. Overall I’ve been very happy. It empties itself and I have not had to unstick it once yet so that’s great. Easy to empty the canister too as there is no bags that have to be purchased which I was happy about too

The Ecovacs X11 is the first robot vacuum I’ve owned that actually delivers. The suction is insane - it pulls debris out of cracks my regular vacuum never touched. The mop plate has real pressure and actually scrubs instead of doing that fake light wipe most robots do. Mapping is rock solid. It doesn’t redraw the house every run or wander around confused. It goes exactly where I tell it, handles open spaces, and doesn’t get tripped up by furniture changes. It’s also surprisingly quiet for how powerful it is, and the base handles auto-emptying and mop washing without babysitting. If you want a robot vacuum that’s not dumb, doesn’t get lost, and actually cleans like a high-end machine, the X11 is the one.

This is amazing! It does exactly what it says it will do and does a great job at navigating around the house. We have dogs that shed a lot and it handles that well. It has some trouble getting under the barstools at our island but otherwise cleans all areas well. It is very quiet. I used to have an iRobot and this is substantially quieter. I can get the entire bottom floor twice before I have to refill the water.

So far the robot is great. It creates the map really fast, vacuum is quite efficient and the mopping gets to the corners well. I just hope it was a bit smaller than it would fit under the couch.

I’ve been using the Deebot X11 for about two weeks, and it has already made a big difference .The setup was quick — the app connected fast and started mapping my house within minutes. The cleaning performance is great. It vacuums and mops at the same time, and my wooden floors always look clean and shiny. It moves smoothly around furniture, doesn’t get stuck, and returns to the dock every time — smoother than I expected. The suction is strong enough for dust and pet hair, and the mop pads clean themselves at the base station, which saves a lot of hassle. It’s also quieter than I thought, even when running on high suction. I like the interface of the app — layout is simple and easy to understand. I can start or schedule cleaning, adjust suction, and check the map without any confusion. After two weeks, I barely need to mop or sweep anymore. So far, it’s definitely worth the price for how well it works and how much time it saves.

I’ve been using my x11 for about 6 months now and I have nothing but good things to say. It’s a true cleaning companion. I was a Roomba user for the last 12 years and was so disappointed with my S9. It cost a small fortune at the time and investing another $1000 on a vacuum took me a while to come to terms with. Buying the X11 was the best thing I ever did. It mapped my house in minutes not hours. It runs so quiet compared to my Roomba. I can run it while watching tv with no problem. Twice a week when I leave the clean the house and then run errands I run a full vacuum and mop. When I come home my floors are sparkling. It’s like having another person to share the chores with. I did have an error with the solution tanks that I was able to fix on my own. I was getting an error that the tanks were empty. The problem was due to the tanks not having an airtight seal. I added some foam stickers to the solution door which applied a little bit more pressure against the solution tanks, fixing the problem.

An actual smart robot vacuum. Barely tapped into all the feature and had an excellent experience with it so far. One recommendation is it should have came with samples of all the cleaning solutions it uses so it is easier to buy them in the future.

This has great suction to keep up with dog hair. I have three of them. I am disappointed with the mop, though I have given it a good chance, but is just not taking the load off of my chores like I hoped it would. I spend more time trying to keep up with the maintenance on it, for it to still leave dirty streaks. I’m keeping it because it does a good job vacuuming but I’m just gonna keep using it on the vacuum mode and give up on trying to use the mop.

My wife and I were hesitant on whether purchasing a robot vacuum would be money well spent. After using the deebot x11 omni for a couple weeks, the answer is holy cow!! The time it is saving as well as the great results from the vacuum and mopping it does is $ well spent. Could not be happier! Now can't live without one!!

Overall, I’m pleasantly pleased with the cleaning abilities of this vacuum and mop combination. The mop feature is definitely better than my last one where the pads were spinning versus the roller I like that the roller mop goes in and out as it cleans it gets closer to the wall. I like the bag list, emptying capabilities, and the washing of the mop seems to be to my satisfaction.

Works great, easy to program. My floors have never looked this good!
