I wasn't super impressed at first but once I got into the app and set the equalizer the sound was fantastic. These are very good for how small they are. The pairing process was simple and straight forward even without the app and they can certainly be used without it but again, setting the equalizer was the game changer for these speakers. I had these set up in the kitchen thinking their small size wouldn't be too aggressive for a smaller room but once I got everything dialed in, I quickly realized they could provide sound for much more than a small kitchen and the extra length on the cord gives you plenty of options to spread them out. My only caveat would be that it would be nice to have alternate power options other than just USB-C but since these are strictly listed as computer speakers, I can't pull a star from the rating.

I ordered these thinking I'd use them as Bluetooth speakers since they have that capability. But when I opened the box they were just ready to go! And since the cords were long enough and it was plug-and-play, I ended up just plugging the USB-C cable into my computer and putting these speakers in my home office. Because I'm in the middle of learning new skills for a job change, it's perfect for all the online courses I'm taking and allows me to either listen while I'm watching or, for some of the longer or repeat lessons, walking around. The sound quality is good and can the volume can be there so that I can walk around and do things while listening (without having to have my Airpods on and risk interruption). They're also so easy to plug in and go (and so portable) I realized that I can use them when I want to sit on my balcony when the weather is nice. I can still connect them to Bluetooth if I change my mind again, but I really like this primary function. They aren't advertised as Bluetooth speakers, so it makes sense that they'd be easier to start using plugged in. I also like that the colored lights rotate between a few different shades.

I’m really happy with these speakers overall. Setup was quick and easy, and pairing them via Bluetooth was simple and seamless. The touch controls are convenient, and the different light settings add a fun touch, especially if you like a little ambient lighting with your music or gaming. The sound quality is good for everyday listening, and they look great on a desk or shelf. My only complaint is that they lack some deeper bass. Overall, these are a nice looking, easy to use set of speakers. The sound quality is good and the lights are a fun feature. A solid choice for the price.

The Edifier R20BT pc speaker set are amazing for the size. The sound really packs a punch and the controls on the front are easy. Set up, right out of the box under 3 minutes to get working via Bluetooth. I also tried USB to laptop connection, and the sound was the same as Bluetooth. The user guide that was included was easy to read/follow if you get stuck with setup. The cord between the speakers measured at 68’ so if using wired there is enough room to put on each side of my desk. Highly recommend the app to tune the sound to your particular liking. I heard zero crackling or distortion of sound. At highest volume the speakers did not disrupt the desk surface (moving/shaking). I was surprised how crisp the sound was given the small measurements of the actual speaker box For gaming the customizable ambient light is perfect and with being able to change the settings per my mood or game type is a must. The front touch controls are nice because the surface is smooth, less crevasses to collect dust. The speakers have a 2 year warranty which is unheard of in the electronic world for the most part so I felt confident they are quality and will work out for my use. The power draw was another factor in deciding on these speakers cuz we live where the electricity is outrageously high and the speakers draw very little, 5 watts. Gotta save pennies to spend the dollars! One thing I would change – the white pair to be all white front without the black circle. End result – Yes I would recommend to family/friends and I will be purchasing another set for a xmas gift this winter.

Needed new computer speakers for my home workstation setup. These are INSANE for $79.99. They easily sound like $150 speakers, bluetooth, hardwire connection, base, LED lights. Getting a second pair for my husbands setup as well. I got the white, going to get black next.
