I got it free because their system would send me ink every time the paper jammed, after I told them to discontinue automatic ink ordering!!!

Think ink arrived. Why won't anyone tell me how to adjust the settings for ordering Readyink? Is it top secret? Best-buy claims contact Epson, Epson states it's all run through best-buy. Someone has to know. I can't rate it high, I wont need it for a month. The Ink I need you won't send me.
