Replaced all cartridges at the same time. Was able to print 2 things before it said all ink was depleted.

The worst!!!!! I had bought the multiple pack and took out the black and yellow ink that I needed. I didn’t realize that the magenta and cyan were already opened and used by a previous customer. I called the story to see if they can do something about this... they said no because it’s outside of the window of return they can’t do anything and they don’t accept opened ink. Well clearly you did if I purchased the package that had used ink cartridges!!!!!!

Ordered this in Feb. because my ink was getting low. Finally ran out this weekend and installed new cartridges and they don't register that they're installed. Followed all the suggested solutions and even put the old ones back in. The old ones show up as empty or almost empty in the black cartridge but none of the new ones are recognized. Because I didn't wait till I ran out, I cannot return them.

Replaced cartridges and cleaned/aligned heads. Printed several test pages due to cleaning heads, which doesn't print much except a few graphs to compare print quality. Once done, I printed a document I needed and after that it was out of ink! Warning said "replace cartridges"... Horrible printer, horrible cartridges. I'll go back to HP!!!

I recently purchased this ink for my printer to print some concert tickets from home. When I replaced the cartridges, the black ink wasn’t black but almost navy bluish. I feel the quality was poor. I printed them several times to see if it darkened but it didn’t. Not happy.

Don't know anything about functionality. Best Buy's site said these were the right cartridges for the gift printer and they are not. We had to buy them elsewhere. Cannot evaluate the product.

I finally reinstalled these ink cartridges to correct the printer error I received multiple times. Now my print is faded and light. I even reinstalled one more time but the print output is still light and faded.

I bought this from the store cos that's what was recommended,upon getting home to print, the pages are printed wasn't clear and they refused to refund my money or at the very least give me a store credit. This is super upsetting I just wasted over $50.

Got this ink, my printer didnt recognize the cartridge. Best buy would not let me exchange it nor would the manufacturer replace it.

The salesperson sold me the wrong item and it didn't fit.

I can only get approx. 50-60 sheets printed before I run out of ink . not worth the money and that includes the EPSON printer. In the last 3 months I have spent almost $ 300.00 on ink.

Hardly no ink for what they are charging. Always out of ink in printer

Bought the cartridges and within two weeks the Black was already empty. What generally takes 3 months with my amount of printing

I didn't use product because I returned epson printer because it uses too much ink when printing black. I returned this product

after installing the ink cartridges, the black does not work. Very disappointing and I am not sure how to correct the problem.

I felt that the inks were very short termed and not worth $60,00. A new printer was only $10.00 more !!!

The printer ink cartridges are not the issue. The entire printer is too cumbersome to use. Wish I could return it !!!

I bought it because the manual with the printer said I could use this, but, it wouldn't recognize the cartridge.
