I’ve made 2 or so prior purchases of this same product from Best Buy, so there was a trust level established. Received this one 2 days after purchasing. Upon receipt of the product, I was immediately disappointed by how incredibly beat up and almost deformed the box was, indicating just how rough and careless UPS was in the handling of my package. Par for the course unfortunately. The cartridges themselves however, were is much more acceptable condition which was a relief. I followed the instructions, installed the cartridges into my Epson-620 the next day, and checked the ink levels which were at full capacity. But it was only today, 21 days after delivery, that I finally put them to use, as I needed to print some documents out. Keep in mind that it states on the box that the cartridges should be used within 6 months — no problem. After performing some nozzle cleaning on my printer, I was able to achieve a decent print-out, however, additional nozzle cleaning was required. After going through that process another couple of times, I get a message on the display screen of my printer indicating 3 of the ink cartridges — cyan, magenta and yellow — are out of ink. What! This was exactly what I exclaimed to myself but out loud. How is that after just a handful of uses, which really consisted of five nozzle cleaning sessions, these “High capacity” cartridges are ALREADY out of ink?!! Almost $80 completely wasted. Horrible!

The ink doesn’t really last for being an XL It’s like getting the regular ink and it’s so pricey. The printer alone is less than the ink itself. Unbelievable

Shamefull packaging and description make you think that all items are xl...not! Only comes w a black xl cart. Just plain ridiculous! The only reason to get a XL pack wouldn't be for the black XL it would be for all of the colors in XL. The packaging and description or deceptive. If you really only wanted a black XL that's the easiest to buy in the retail store.

The price of computer ink is criminal Ink costs more than the printer..

I bought the whole color group of Epson ink cartridges and was told that it should last several months. It lasted less than 3 weeks, and I do not print but a page or two at a time and always choose black/grayscale to save on the color. I have had this printer one year and have been very disappointed in how it uses ink.

Purchased new EPSON REFILLS and I admit i did not check ink levels when new cartridges were inserted but within days when only a few uses were done the ink level indicator alerted me to low levels although the printer had only been used a few times.

The Cyan cartridge was not accepted by my printer. All others were. This Cyan must be programed wrong. (Has this happened to anybody else ?). Will have to make trip to return to store.(Got on-line).

As always, this exorbitantly expensive product will dry up before I make up a dozen copies. I will never purchase another Epson printer again.

Like all ink cartridges this runs out of ink very fast. The one and only reason I bough the product is because is the one my printer uses.

All the colors worked except the blue ink... yes, I am not happy..........

Sadly my package arrived crushed, luckily the cartridges weren't damaged.

Needs to be replaced after printing 300 pages. Unbelievable!

dislike this ink mostly becuz of the printer. difficult to work with

Bought the package a few months ago and I only occasionally print anything. Booted it up today and the black ink cartridge doesn't work. Tried restarting the printer and all that, still nothing. I bought it to replace everything and with the money you have to drop on this stuff, kinda sad it doesn't last.
