I got a YELLOW cartridge, which I needed (not cyan which shows here) but it wasn't for my printer, it was for a 702 printer, NOT the 288 that I need. They look virtually identical until you try to load them and then the printer won't recognize it. Also, earlier this year a ways back I needed a YELLOW and they sent me CYAN instead. I was on the phone with Best Buy for over an hour only for them to tell me there was nothing THEY could do and I needed to re-order the Yellow. I was on hold so long I finally gave up and ordered it online from STAPLES who sends it out NEXT DAY SHIPPING for NO FEE. So I use STAPLES when you guys can't get my orders right.

Epson ink typically does not disappoint. This cartridge was not recognized by my printer 9n the 1st attempt, so by the time my printer went through charging it again my ink cartridge was half empty. So this proved purchased proved to be disappointing and a waste of money. I also called Epson and they couldn't have been bothered to help in any way.

Not worthy does not print that much of copies waste of your money.
