I don't have a problem with the product. However, Epson barely offer discounts on an costly product and now most stores only sells the 3 or 4 package and not the single Cartridge.

This new cartridge was seen as "empty" when installed in the printer. After a multi-week exchange with Epson Support, a replacement cartridge was sent and it worked fine.

I wish they would charge twice as much for the printers instead of holding you hostage when the tiny cartridges run out.

I was easy to purchase the ink from Best-buy & quick free delivery was great

this ink it's good but don't last to much so you have to buy a new one every month u.u

your run of the mill ink cartridge. stick it in the print and print away

its a great quality ink but its run out fast!! all colors.
