My Epson printer displayed an message that my black in was out, fine. I went out to my local Best Buy to purchase a new black ink cartridge, only to come home and be told that the "yellow" ORIGINAL EPSON CARTRIDGE was no longer recognizable. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! It displayed this after I already purchased and installed a new black cartridge? In addition, before It displayed that message, It did allow me to print one page, but it had horrible streaks and parts of the text I printed was not legible. I did a nozzle cleaning after that (which wastes a ton of ink) and then it displayed the message that the yellow cartage was no longer recognized. If Epson thinks I'm going to go keep buying their ink and supporting their company they are out of their minds. I will be returning the new black ink cartridge, if Best Buy allows, and not ever be buying any Epson products again. Time to replace this junk-yard printer and future ink purchases with a much better and more reputable brand! *Did some further research only and apparently this is a common problem with Epson products. Why are they not addressing the situation is beyond me.

The line of Epsom printer cartridges are easy to use and installing the printer. I am pleased that the package the black ink separately so you don't have to buy four colors each time. With school and work I use my printer a lot and these cartridges make quite a few copies before needing to be replaced.

Easy to install, print quality is always good. It runs out a bit quickly but it always does a good job.

I really like this ink as it is so easy to dispense and my printer is probably around 10+ years and have never had a problem with the ink. No problem with it smearing when printing, easy to place the cartridge in the printer and easy to take it out. However, I understand Best Buy will not be carrying Epson Ink so I will have to find a place to purchase it. My last 2 cartridges were mailed to me.

This ink cartridge was easy to install and should last longer than the other one we bought.

If you don't print that often like me, this is the way to go. Good price and lasts a while

The quality of the ink is just fine. However the printer associated uses 4 cartridges. The black ink runs out quickly as I print a lot of articles. I always buy one package with the four colors plus an extra black cartridge. I have had the printer for several years and I am very happy with the quality and speed of the printer, all purchased from Best Buy!.
