Don't get me wrong. I absolutely love our new Epson printer. Yet the complex 3-cartridges for color, one-for black toner system is a bear to navigate. Since the colors are not all used in the same ratios, each of the blue, cyan, and red all empty at varying times. This leads to a weird inventory, where you'll have extra yellow cartridges, but you cannot keep up with the reds. Perhaps I should be printing in draft quality more to conserve the ink.

Easy to replace. Quality Epson cartridges and without error messages usually caused by aftermarket brands.

Was decent and worked well. But XL option is worth the money for how much longer it lasts.

The product is excellent, but very costly. The print is clear, bright and sharp. It is relatively easy to insert, but does not last too long.

The colors print out very well. My main problem with the cartridge is the price. Because there is no real competition, customers are forced to pay very high prices for printer ink. I will see how long the cartridge lasts.

The ink is really good, but the price, which was on sale, was still a bit pricey for the standard size package of color cartridges. I make my color cartridges last longer, by printing in black, when I can.

I really like this ink. The only down side of this is that I think it is a bit too expensive... but other than that, I love it since it prints nicely and brightly and I like it :)

Easy to install and prints great. Just doesn’t last as long as the XL one

The ink is great and very easy to install. I love the Epson printer. The only problem is the ink is too expensive. I can actually pay the same amount for the ink as I did for this Epson copier/scanner/printer/fax MFP. I would buy a new printer but the included ink cartridges are always low. These issues are common with all printers that I'm aware of, not just Epson and it has nothing to do with BestBuy. I wish the printer industry would change this but we wanted lower cost printers so this is what we got. Oh well! Buy the ink and be thankful for vibrant pictures!

Produces clean prints. The downside is due to the popularity of inkjet printers the this ink is a little pricey.

Product was available and as expected. This is printer ink, not a lot of surprises here.

So far, I have had no problems with this product. However, I have only installed one of the three color cartridges that come with it. I have had problems in the past with Epson 802 ink purchased from other retailers. Epson 802 ink is expensive!

Printer ink is always a bit pricey but with the epson it is easy to install.

A bit pricey but it does last a long time. I would buy again.

Needed it for printer and ok purchase. I have purchased a few times before.
