My poor rating is not because the ink bottle. It is the Epson printer I bought it for. The printer is worthless. One major problem is that it does not print because of the lack of ink in it. When we try to add ink it will not load in the printer. Yes, we have contacted Epson and followed all their troubleshooting instructions with no success. I am planning to take the printer out to the shooting range and use it for target practice.

The worst company to work with ever. Absolutely disappointed. From the top to the bottom. Customer service sales management are all Absolutely awful.

took copier back although it was recommended by Geek squad was not compatible with my Mac book air its a night mare

I got only the black as all the other colors from the time I purchased my EPSON ET-2760 printer has NEVER printed when I chose to print in color. The Black EPSON 302 color prints well. I would NEVER purchase another EPSON- ET-2760 because I can't print in color as I why I purchased it. BEWARE!

Was advised to purchase this by sales staff. Did not work on my printer.

The ordered 502 but I needed 522. The service was good and I was allowed to return the wrong Ink.

This Epson printer stunk! Horrible, poor build quality with messy tank refills. It was returned along with the ink.

EcoTank 502 ink was wrong bottle recommend by store agent! Should have been EcoTank 522!

I hate the printer so don’t buy ink or printer it’s horrible

Worst printer ever. Loud, featureless, Like buying a 1980 printer. Only redeeming feature is it doesn't use ink cartridges. Other than that, total junk
