I like the features of this all in 1. I can print double sided, save scanned docs right to a flash drive and prints fast.

I bought 3 units of the Epson Workforce Pro 4540. I bought this model because of the big ink cartridges, so I would'nt have to change the cartridges so often. All 3 started working good, but with the second set of ink cartridges, all 3 started failing some colors, first black, then other colors, as if clogged. I have done dozens of Print Head cleaning cycles, I have opened the printer and manually cleaned the printhead, but nothing helps. Over time, it only gets worse. Very sorry for having bougth these printers.

Excellent quality & features. Holds plenty of paper. Absolutely no complaints other than the touch screen.

It's a very good printer at a great value. It prints pictures with quality and fast.

If you want to be able to print from any Google page, and from pretty much any computer, tablet, or smartphone, (and of course the usual wif-fi and network PC's) to a fast, low cost consumable, duplex printer that also scans, this may well be the printer for you!

Fantastic first printer for our small office. Used primarily for document printing, more so than photo printing but the quality is amazing. Prints a bit slower than we like it too but the quality makes up for it. Scans much slower than is practical.

First time purchase Epson and I'm very happy with it. This item is awesome. Great for home or office.

Very nice printer. This is my second one, the first is for work and this is for home. The ink cartridges last a long time (at work we are in our 7th month of daily use and still using the original cartridges).

It often takes multiple sheets instead of one sheet and then it jams. It is very difficult to remove the stuck paper. It also seems to go through ink faster than my old HP printer. The parts seem to be cheap plastic.

Initially, I did not open the box as I was very busy. Finally yesterday, I had to send a urgent fax at night and I opened the printer and the LCD penal stays WHITE, nothing comes up's. Tried reaching Epson support they are closed till Monday so after struggling I gave up and returned the printer and bought WP4530 which is lesser in cost and much solid built looks like.

I love everything about this machine...and it does what it says...I just have to work out the kinks to the fax machine. I have a single line with an answering machine so when I am sending a fax there are issues with who is answering first. The scanning is very cool and having double sided printing and scanning is wonderful. I know it is lame; however, I really wish this had the capacity of reading negatives. I do a lot with photo scanning and negative reading...My Epson RX500 was incredible for that

What a nightmare! I am about to return my FOURTH defective machine. I have worked about 10 hours with Epson support and I do not have that kind of time to waste. The first machine had touch screen and fax defects. After 3 hours on the phone with Epson, it was recommended that I send it to them. A new one arrived promptly but the ink nozzles were defective. Another swap. The next two had broken parts; and the pieces were taped on: the damage was known apparently but shipped anyway. I hope to return machine #4 for a refund although both Best Buy and Epson don't want to do that. The few b&w pages I did print were fine but that is little productivity experience. Did the Epson factory knowingly ship defective machines?!

I have purchased HP printers for years but the quality is cheap compared to Epson printers. The printer was easy to setup for wired and wireless printing. The software informed me to check for firmware updates and updated itself in a few moments. I never had HP inform me of firmware updates that were available. I am in IT support so I was impressed with the specs of the printer, copier and wireless printing. Buying printers is like buying razors and razor blades. I would rather pay more for the razor and less for the razor blades (Ink cartridges) since is printer will last for years. The last Expon R800 printer I bought in 2004 and it still has Win 7 full drivers whereas most HP printers have the universal driver but lacks the utilities to fix any problems. Epson WorkForce Pro 4540 is good for photos and text documents without stretching your wallet for ink replacments. I would recommend this printer for small businesses and home users.

This printer is used for a small non-profit organization to print documents, flyers, labels and business cards. Everything I have printed has been excellent. It was very easy to set up, and so far, it has exceeded my expectations.

Have had this printer for a few weeks. Easy to set up to multiple computers, including wireless laptops. I bought this versus slightly smaller models for the two sided printing functionality.

After continuing to call Epson and talking to customer support and tech support they could not help me with getting a new printer after only having an Epson WP-4540 for a year and them sending us a new one after 6 weeks and the second one also not working right they said they could not help us. This printer has a great amount of breaking down repeatedly. I own a business and cannot have a printer breaking down every day. This customer support was absolutely rude and the Epson printer does not work like it says it does. My printer continuously printed the wrong colors and printed splotchy. I would not recommend this printer to anyone!
