It came with all the necessary tools and hardware, making installation quick and hassle-free. The lock looks durable, stylish, and versatile. One of my favorite features is the palm vein recognition, which I had never heard of before using eufy. The technology is super cool and unique! It accurately scans the biometric patterns in my palm to unlock the front door. There are also multiple ways to unlock the door, including a customizable 4-digit PIN, palm vein recognition, or a traditional key. The lock is Wi-Fi enabled, and connecting it to the eufy app was seamless after creating a username and profile. Overall, this is an impressive smart lock that combines convenience, security, and modern technology. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their home entry door!

Amazing product, scanner comes in clutch, the video is good quality, it’s reliable. Only issue is the app needs to be refreshed often for videos to load but probs because it’s double encrypted. Doesn’t bother me very good item. I walk out my house with a car key fob THATS IT. All doors secure

[Employee of bestbuy] Great product. Ties into the doorbell to allow access easier to unlock the door. This one has the had reader and a key pad. There is another with the doorbell and a camera as well in the same unit. I have a doorbell with the two cameras so it was not needed. Battery is proprietary to the unit and rechargeable. There is a smaller backup battery built into the cover panel on the lock side. Guess this is for when the main battery dies you can still open the door with the keypad? Battery seems to be lasting a good amount of time. 5 weeks and still at 90% Had one hiccup. The reader would not activate when hovering my hand over the reader. Typed in my passcode and it worked. Once inside, I pulled the cover and power cycled the device by pulling the battery. Has worked evey since.

I like this eufy smart door lock very much because I don't have to bring any keys with me. This Eufy Smart Lock can read my palm all the time and very easy to go out and in. This lock also has a auto lock when you just close the door for 15 or 20 seconds depending on the setting.

Amazing!! Vein detection works great. Install was simple. Took about 3-5 minutes with a friend. Battery last long, and has additional back up battery option. Love this !! The app is stunning as well !!! I get lots of compliments. It self locks on a timer as well if your hands are full. Just close the door. It will deadbolt automatically :)
