If the lightbulbs burn out, can they be replaced or do I have to send it in? Have it done? What would it cost to have it repaired?
Answered by Eufy TeamThe floodlight uses integrated LED panels, not replaceable lightbulbs. If the lights fail: The panels cannot be replaced by the user; the entire camera/floodlight head would need to be serviced. Do not send it in; contact eufy support for a warranty claim or repair quote.
Wired in to electricity?
Answered by Eufy TeamYes, the Floodlight Camera E340 requires a hardwired AC power connection (110-240V). It does not have a battery and must be connected to your home's electrical wiring. The HomeBase S380 is plugged into a power outlet via its own AC adapter.

Do I need the Homebase to utilize all the camera features?
Answered by Eufy TeamNo, the Floodlight Camera E340 does not absolutely require the HomeBase to utilize its features. However, for 24/7 continuous recording, you will need either a microSD card (up to 128GB) or a connection to the HomeBase S380 (HomeBase 3).
Does the Home Base 3 work with Ring (or similar) doorbell?

However, please make sure the doorbell you have is explicitly compatible with the HomeBase 3 to utilize all its features.
