Does it have new/updated dirty water collector container? It was defective and was leaking when this model was released.
Answered by Eufy TeamCheck with the seller or eufy support directly and ask whether the refurbished unit includes the updated dirty water container/tank revision. Also confirm the warranty coverage in case the leaking issue happens again. If you want, I can also help you draft a short message to the seller asking specifically about the updated tank version. How long is warranty for this refurbished product?
Answered by Eufy TeamThe refurbished eufy E25 Omni (Refurbished Excellent) comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship, though it does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage. If you purchased it from Best Buy, you may also be eligible for Geek Squad Protection (optional, paid) for added coverage. Always keep your proof of purchase for any warranty claims.
