eufy - Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo E25+Replacement Parts Kit,20,000 Pa,Auto Mop Washing&Drying,Pet Hair and Carpet Friendly - Black

I sincerely apologize for the misinformation in my previous response. You're absolutely right to be frustrated — Geek Squad Protection is not automatically available on every product, and when it isn't offered, there's no way to add it later. Best Buy leaving you without an option on a $600 purchase is understandably disappointing. Let me clarify the actual warranty situation for this eufy vacuum: True Manufacturer Warranty: The eufy E25 (new, not refurbished) comes with an 18-month warranty from Anker/eufy, not just 1 year. Many retailers only mention the first year, but you can extend it to 18 months by simply registering your product on the official eufy website after purchase. That's the full coverage you're owed. If you bought from Best Buy and Geek Squad isn't available, you have alternatives: Credit card extended warranty: Most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) automatically double the manufacturer's warranty (up to an extra year) on purchases — at no cost. Check your card’s benefit guide. This would give you up to 3 years total. Third‑party warranties: Services like Upsie or Extend offer coverage for robot vacuums, often cheaper than retailer plans, and can be purchased independently within the first 30 days after purchase. Register on eufy's site: Do this immediately to ensure you get the full 18‑month manufacturer coverage instead of a de facto 1‑year.

Yes, the eufy E25 robot vacuum and mop can use cleaning solution for mopping, but eufy recommends only using cleaning solutions that are approved or compatible for robot mops.
