I received it less then a week, so it may be to early to write a review, but... Easy to assemble and install. Instructions are easy to follow. App works perfectly. Robot vacuumed the entire floor and made a map of the house that can be edited on the app. Robot returned to the base to clean up and empty the dust. So far, nothing to complain.

It is a very powerful vacuum, and it cleans every corner thoroughly.

The Eufy Omni E28 robot is a versatile, smart, sleek, and powerful vacuum and mopping beast. This is one of the best cleaning machines I have ever had the pleasure of testing. This unit requires very little manual maintenance, yet it abounds with spectacular vacuuming and floor mopping capabilities. It possesses tons of advanced automated features, making this a market standout robot, so consider firing your maid. It cleans thoroughly with its strong suction, and the self-cleaning roller mop is a blessing in disguise. You need not remove the roller as it self-rinses itself. The added portable carpet cleaner is a smart touch for those tough stains and or messes. You simply detach part of the unit from its base and carry it over to manually spot clean. This is especially useful should you have some really tough spots to clean. The unit does fairly well with regards to edge cleaning. In my home we don't have much "wall" edges as most of our furniture is butted up against it. For those times that I was able to judge its edge cleaning, it did a decent 'edge' clean. The downloaded application makes use of smart mapping and is fully customizable and responsive. I found the unit's navigation to be intuitive and smart, as it easily and efficiently roamed and cleaned. It did however encounter one scenario in which the robot encountered difficulties. One of my coffee tables has a small metal rim on the bottom. The machine managed to hop over the metal rim instead of the bumper activating and going around it. The metal rim was situated "low enough" to the floor whereas the robot bumper failed to engage and complete a robot direction change. I really liked the fact that the unit has two containers, one for clean water (filled with cleaning fluid) and the other for dirty water. Both are easily removed and emptied, and your hands remain clean. For a unit at this price point, I believe that the manufacturer should have included an extra set of "whiskers" and a few extra vacuum bags. Pros Highly responsive and easy to use app. Detachable spot cleaner is awesome. Fast and efficient robot coupled with a great cleaning pattern. Great dual mopping and vacuuming function. This robot is a class act, and it works as advertised. Loaded with so many automated features, it is definitely a time saver and works well. Rolled into one, you either get vacuuming itself, or have it vacuum and mop simultaneously. So far, the unit is a hit in our home, and it is on our recommended list. We are looking forward to years of trouble-free service. Buy a unit and be happy

So far, what impresses me with the Eufy Omni E28 is the app. I had a couple of issues with the vacuum in the beginning. The first was resetting the vacuum to connect to wifi. The app was very helpful with troubleshooting. I had to reset it twice before the app was able to detect the vacuum. Next, the base was not pushed in all the way so the mop cleaning process would display an error. The mapping of my second floor was pretty cool. It split my loft into three rooms/section. It can detect stairs. It did not fall down the stairs. The app has many customizable settings too. It has been the easiest app I have used with a robot vacuum so far. The mop cleaning can be loud in the beginning. I would not schedule this in the middle of the night. It can wake you up or startle you. It is only for a few seconds then the rest of the mop cleaning process is quiet. There is a light sound coming out from the device during the drying of the mop. I would not store it in the bedroom if you are a light sleeper. It comes with two bottles of cleaning solution. One for the mop and one for fabric like sofas. I checked the pricing on the cleaning solution and feel it is a fair price. It will depend on how often you use the vacuum as it cleans the mop every time it goes home and charges or before it does vacuuming. During the mapping process, you want to clean the floors and close doors. I feel it is smart enough to know it is in another room and label it. But because my loft leads to bedrooms, I just closed them to complete the mapping much quicker. For now, I plan to use it in the loft only. While vacuuming, it did enter a bedroom that is not part of the area I want it to vacuum. I checked the app, it is mapping the new area out. As much as it is nice that it maps the new areas while vacuuming, I want to exclude it and just focus on the target area. Hopefully, with updates, they can have a toggle to force it to stay in the targeted area or include new areas. I like this vacuum. It has been more capable than my previous robot vacuum. It has not gotten stuck in areas my previous one did. The sensors are much improved.

PROS: Price ($799 at the moment) - This price is considerably lower than you'd expect from a vacuum with a detachable cleaner feature. "World's first detachable portable spot cleaner" - the star of the show as far as I'm concerned Auto empty base, auto mop cleaner, all in a nice-looking base that doesn't take up too much space The Eufy Clean app is fully fleshed out and is easy to use The overall job it does after vacuuming and mopping leaves the floors very clean-looking. SO-SO: The overall noise level of the vacuuming (this can be helped by the power settings, but I like to run it fully powered due to our dog. CONS: The auto-empty noise level - although we run this during late evening and night, it's still noted that the noise it produces is pretty loud. So, if you have a particularly messy floor and the machine has to auto-empty a few times during a job, you'll hear it every time. The missing option of having it vacuum AND THEN mop - so far, there are only settings to vacuum only, mop only, or do both at the same time. Eufy is an intriguing brand. Over the years, I became familiar with them through their security camera division. However, I then realized they also offered robot vacuum cleaners. As a tech enthusiast, I discovered their S1 model when it debuted a year ago, which seemed poised to revolutionize the robot vacuum market with its base and other cool features. The aspect of Eufy that stands out to me is their commitment to being progressive in an otherwise stagnant industry. One of the unique features of this new E28 model is the cleaning attachment. This was a massive factor in my decision to order the unit. No other vacuum of its kind has this available, as far as I can tell. The ease of detaching it from the central base unit and taking it to tackle messes on carpet, furniture, stairs, or even a bed is a huge feature. It has proven to be incredibly effective, managing to extract a considerable amount of dirt and debris from my stairs. With a few young kids in the house who tend to leave their shoes on to run up and down the stairs, having a solution to clean those stairs is already paying off. In our downstairs area, where we have this set up, it features 100% hardwood floors, with a few carpets laid out in the main areas. After running its initial mapping process, it has quickly been able to handle the entire downstairs without getting stuck once (and I've run it at least 7 times in the last 10 days). We also have a dog, so we tend to vacuum more than the usual household. I've been impressed with its ability to make the downstairs area look clean, especially after the mopping program. The mopping feature is outstanding. Some may not have much hardwood or tile in their home, but if you do, the mopping feature is crucial. However, that's also where the first negative arises. On our previous robot vacuum/mop (Narwal Freo X Ultra), we had the option of vacuuming first and then mopping. In contrast, the Eufy E28 model offers simultaneous vacuuming and mopping. So far, this has worked fine for us, judging by the end result; however, it makes me feel uneasy that the floors are not fully clean BEFORE the mopping. I like the idea of vacuuming being done entirely before any mopping, but so far, there is no option for that in the app's settings. That could be a straightforward fix with a software update, but so far, I have not found how to change the settings, even though there are vacuuming-only and mopping-only settings. The app is fully fleshed out, and then some, compared to many other robot vacuum companion apps. Everything connected without a hitch, which was nice to experience. Sometimes these apps can be afterthoughts, and therefore, annoying to connect to. However, Eufy did a good job of having the app ready to go after unboxing the unit. I have it mostly set up to run after the kids go to bed and we are settled upstairs. This ensures no one walks around on a wet and clean floor. This cleaning schedule provides a thorough clean while we're upstairs. While it isn't loud enough to disturb our sleep at night, it can be somewhat loud depending on where you place the base station. We have ours outside our kitchen, near the patio door, so at night, we can hear it empty the dust and hair, but only slightly. It doesn't bother us at all. Yet, during the day, if you're near the base station and it empties after a clean, it can be pretty loud. It's not any noisier than our past vacuum cleaners, however, so if you're used to the auto-empty feature on your current vacuum, you won't be bothered by this one. For the asking price of $999 (on sale for $799), the value is definitely there for this unit. In the past, we've paid more than $ 1,200 for different models, so seeing it at $800 is very nice, considering you get a capable robot vacuum/mop along with the detachable feature. Many companies would use the detachable hose/base to upcharge well into the $ 1,300s. That said, it's essential to acknowledge that while this device offers impressive cleaning capabilities, it can't fully match the depth of clean that a human can provide. I don't think any robot vacuum can at the moment. It's not necessarily designed to outperform manual cleaning, but rather to streamline the process and save valuable time. For example, sometimes after a run-through with the E28, I'll grab the Dyson stick vacuum and run it under the baseboards of our kitchen to ensure everything is picked up in every nook and cranny. That's not to say the E28 doesn't do a good job in those areas, but as a robotic vacuum, it rarely hits every single unseen space.

As a dog owner i love that Eufy integrated the carpet cleaner in this Vacum/Mop combo. I can tackle any spills or mess that my pet or myself would throw at it. The lidar and cameras make the cleaning unit perform exceptional in covering any area and avoiding the obstacles with high rate of succes! Suction power for both the Vacuum as well as for the carpet/spot cleaner they are fantastic and the auto empty feature it's a must have nowadays since makes the cleaning process so much worry free! The Eufy omni e28 is also, for the performance that offers, super quiet and very fast and it doesn't miss a thing when picking up dirt. After you get it all setup, it will do all the cleaning, emptying and going back on it's mission without you virtually doing a thing but staying out of it's way! I spilled the other day a can of cola on my hardwood floors in the kitchen so i send Eufy and it quickly took care of the mess without leaving no stickiness or anything else behind. It lifts it's roller few mm for clearance one it hits the carpet on it's own and will start vacuuming automatically! It did made my daily life much worry-less and i love it!

Eufy has been making vacuums for approaching a decade. Once regarded as the cheap brand, Eufy has risen to be one of the more desirable robot vacuums. The Omni series, and especially the E28 are a wonderful evolution of functionality in home vacuum and mopping robots. So what is the E28? Well it’s a lot of home cleaning needs rolled into one very modular and smart device. The long and short of it is vacuuming, mopping, and spot treating in one device which streamlines maintenance by emptying out the mopping tank, and vacuum into the detachable base. Detachable base you ask? Yes, the base comes off and turns into a portable spot treater, with a hose, wand, and dispenses cleaning solution. Overall it’s feature packed. But does it accomplish its mission of being the one device to fit all your floor cleaning needs? Unboxing the product was a fairly complicated process. Luckily there is a handy oversized getting started guide that guides you through it. It’s not complete, but it does make it easy enough to get started. One thing that wasn’t clear was where to put the cleaning solution, which is in a small door on the base under the detachable unit. I ended up breaking this door by not pulling it up right, so use a screw driver or something to lift it from the front. There are a lot of packing materials and protective plastic on the robot and base to remove, so definitely take your time. There are voice prompts as you set the device up, which are mostly helpful. This guides you to downloading the app to set it up. After creating a Eufy account, I was able to add the vacuum fairly quickly. The firmware immediately updated and even allowed me to select a different voice pack. After charging on the base, the unit went on a mapping expedition. It used its lidar and camera to map out the rooms. After wandering around for about 15 minutes, it returned to its charger and presented a map in the app. This map was pretty accurate and even took some guesses at room names (living room, kitchen, etc). While the maps aren’t the best I’ve ever seen, they were complete enough. I’ve had robot vacuums for years, but inevitably I find a good hand vac meets my occasional cleaning needs. The reasons for this are many, but as gee wiz as the robots have been over the years, between pets, electrical cords, kids, and the random things I leave on the floor, generally the vacuums are more trouble than they’re worth. Right away Eufy’s E28 unit changed my expectations. When starting a full cleaning cycle, it will not only vacuum carpet and hard surfaces, but mop the hard surfaces too. I found it was quiet, quick, and powerful - something that’s surprisingly hard to be in this market. I ran this device multiple times at different times of the day, and I found it avoided lots of obstacles in a way that I normally wouldn’t trust a robot vacuum to handle. I can’t tell you how much that built faith in a tool that I've long lost faith in. In fact, I’ve only set one “no go” zone, my mud room. For some reason, the Eufy loves eating the rug in there (picture in review). I”m not even mad about that, as everything else it excelled in. The results were awesome. While I have a cleaning crew do a monthly deep clean, I keep up with lighter cleaning during the week. The one thing I never do is mop; and it shows. This robot has changed that. Not only are my floors cleaner, they aren’t sticky. This is especially great in the kitchen, as a lot of times this is where I struggle with keeping the house clean between my service cleaning. The spot cleaner is amazing. I’m a single dad, and I have 2 kids that absolutely have destroyed several rooms over the years. Between friends, soda, puking, or whatever, some areas of carpet have what I thought were permanent stains. I’m posting several before and after pictures. Each of these stains were treated with home carpet cleaners in a can several times. Each one was nearly completely solved by the spot treater. The spot treater simply lifts off the base. This unit includes the water tanks, both clean and dirty. This thing is powerful and basically does the job of a full carpet shampooer. You should have seen the dirty water bin (which the machine will turn off and announce that it needs to be emptied), this thing does an amazing job. The unit needs to plug in to use, so that’s a consideration, but it also means it really sucks. It’s powerful and really shampoos well. Overall, while expensive, this is a total solution. From just general daily upkeep, to taking care of stains I didn’t think were treatable without a professional, the Omni E28 is now my favorite home cleaning solution. I highly recommend it!

This is really an all in one cleaner since it's not just a top class Robot Vacuum and Mopping system, but has a built-in spot carpet/furniture cleaner as well. If you already have a great spot cleaner and you're happy with it you might not need this feature, but it's built into it so well that it won't detract from it's overall usefulness as just a Robot Vacuuming and Mopping system if that's all you use it for since it sits in the middle of the Pro Omni Line as far as features are concerned. Overall, this robot cleaning system is a winner in my opinion. This is the 6th robot vacuum we've owned since we got our first one about 10 years ago. And this is the second fully automated completely hands-off vacuum/mop robot we've owned, our first one being a Shark which we still have and are using in a sunken living room while the Eufy gets to take care of the bigger common areas of the house. There are few things that really set the Eufy Omni E28 apart from some of the other mopping robot vacuums out there. The biggest thing is the mopping system. This thing REALLY mops! More inexpensive Robovacs just drog a microfiber cloth around on your floor which is certainly better than nothing, but doesn't really clean. The higher end Robovacs have started to incorporate better technology so that the microfiber vibrates or moves on the surface to enhance cleaning. But THIS Omni E28 has an actual spinning mop - it really cleans the floor. That was my main motivation for getting this even though we already had a Robovac and mopping system we were happy with. This one takes automated floor cleaning to the next level. The Omni E28 has a super powerful vacuum with dual spinning brushes that automatically detangle from hair and stuff it picks up which is awesome and seems to work really well so far. This thing really picks up all the dirt, dust, food particles, and everything else that dirties the floor. When done it returns to its home base and self-empties. This also has a great "arm" on one side that extends out to get dirt and stuff out of corners or hard to reach places which is something I have not seen before. The mopping system as I already said is amazing! Not only does it fully mop, but it goes back to the base and empties dirty water and cleans the mop and dries the mop so that it's ready for the next go around. This Robot Vacuum was super easy to set up. The visual guide that was on top of everything in the box stepped us through the process of getting it all set up. It fits together easily and there are not a lot of parts to it. Once you've got everything in place, getting it connected to the app was also very easy and mostly intuitive. Once that's done, you run a scan and the robot will take a tour of your house and map it out - I was amazed at how fast and accurate it was at doing this. Because it uses a camera and AI along with all the other sensors, it even recognized our bed in the Master Bedroom and our table in the dining room. And it was easy inside the app which allows for 2D or 3D viewing to name the rooms, change boundaries, and set "no go" zones. The Vacuum is very smart! It can identify objects and avoid them so you don't have to worry about things like shoes left lying around or something. This is great because with previous vacuums, we never put them on a schedule or had them run when we were away from home because a few times we had done that and they got tangled up in stuff that was left lying on the floor. It also detects carpet/rugs so you can have it vacuum and mop the entire house and it will only vacuum but not mop areas with rugs or carpet. In the app, it's easy to also specify cleaning only specific room/s or a specific area, as well as changing the cleaning method. And you can easily connect the vacuum to Alexa for voice control if that's something you want to do. The portable deep cleaner is a great bonus and the design on this is brilliant as you'd never even know it was there if you didn't know. It's super easy to unplug the machine, lift up the deep cleaner section and take it to where you need to use it. It works the same as most stand alone spot cleaners - Eufy includes a spray cleaner that you use with it to clean an area. Although it's not the main reason I got this RoboVac, it's a nice bonus and can be very useful especially for anyone who doesn't already have a spot cleaner. So far, I've been super impressed with this machine. While it's definitely not cheap, it has the design and feature sets that make it worth what it costs. This is definitely the most advanced automated Robot Vacuuming and Mopping system I've ever owned and one of the best on the market. If you're someone who wants the best cleaning experience with all the bells and whistles, then this is definitely one to consider.

The Eufy E28 takes the all-in-one robot vacuum and mop solution one step further, by offering a portable spot cleaning function that allows the docking station to be modular in design. This means you always have a vacuum, mop, and spot cleaner always at your disposal which is great for those families who have children, pets, or might need the occasional cleaning solution for car upholstery. After spending some time with the E28, this is one of the better all-in-one robot vacuums I have used. In The Box: - Robot - Modular Docking Station - Supplies - Manuals Setup: Out of the box, it can take about 10-15 minutes to get the unit physically set up and start the process of pairing to the app. Keep in mind, this dock is slightly larger than the average self cleaning dock that might be vacuum only. Eufy recommends keeping the dock roughly 1.5 feet from the nearest side wall and about 3 feet in front of the unit. Once the dock is set up and powered on, you will want to start the pairing process from the app. You will need to create an account unless you have one already. After connecting to Wi-Fi, the robot did two updates that took about 3 minutes each (I’ve had at least 4 updates total). After filling the water tank and letting the robot charge on the dock for a couple hours, it was ready for the first use. Usage: Before using the robot for the first time, I would recommend cleaning up as much of your cleaning area as possible. This will offer the best mapping result… or so I thought. The robot went around my house mapping the different rooms rather quickly. This process only took 10-15 minutes for just under 1,500 sq. ft. and it then returned to its base and started the first clean. This is where I ran into the first problem. The robot started “mopping” the carpet in the bedrooms as it detected them as solid surface floors. Luckily, I was home to stop this process and sent the robot back to its dock. I modified the map as best as I could using carpet area rugs to cover the entire bedroom space. After correcting the map as best as possible, I sent it for a second run and this time things were better but not perfect. After the second and third cleaning sessions, the robot finally corrected the carpeted areas so I was able to remove the temporary fix and overall it did a good job. I still had to tweak certain areas slightly with no go zones and furniture to help it understand rooms better but as a whole I got it to a point that I found acceptable. The biggest downside I found was it failed to detect my basement stairs effectively so it would always try running up to the edge before the cliff sensor would stop it as there was a drop off. I have had other robots input stairs into the map but this Eufy did not. The Eufy DOES fit under my kitchen cabinet edge which is just over 5” tall but you’ll need at least 4.5” or so for this robot to fit under certain furniture depending on if this entire robot needs to travel under or just the edge as the LIDAR sensor sticks up about .5” on the top for object detection and scanning. This robot has different settings for suction power and cleaning power of the mop. I chose the highest suction for vacuum and standard cleaning for mopping. I actually don’t mop during every clean as I have a low traffic household. I wish it was easier to schedule a “vacuum only” and “vacuum + mop” cleaning run across the entire map. I like the ability for deeper cleans to tell the robot to wash the mop at the dock so it doesn’t carry dirt across surfaces or other areas of the hard floor. Both the clean water and dirty water tanks hold a sufficient amount of water. The robot can do a full clean on one charge which is nice but larger houses or deeper cleans may require a recharge. The retractable arms clean corners more effectively than robots without that feature. Pros: - Self Cleaning Mop + Vacuum - Auto Dry Mop - Extendable Arm (Cleans Corners) - Modular Dock w/ Spot Cleaner - LIDAR Mapping + Object Detection - Tangle Free Brushroll (Don’t have long present in house) - Clear Voice Commands Via Robot/Dock Cons: - Large Physical Dock - Initial Mapping Too Quick / Inaccurate Results Overall: The Eufy E28’s modular dock offers features that most (if not all) other robot vacuum cleaners do not. This is a feature you may not use often but for that occasional spill, stain, or “oopsie” this would be extremely handy to have. It could even come in handy in the garage for cloth seating or carpets in your car. The robot’s cleaning performance is very good but not perfect. This would be a great option for those who have a low traffic household or in between deeper, manual cleanings. I like the consistent updates which makes me believe they are trying to dial in performance over time. The only problem I really have was the initial mapping should take longer to do a better job detecting the floor surface and room layout. Overall,I would recommend the E28 over others for this price point.

Like many of you, we have a home with dogs and children and life can get messy. I really do think robot vacuums are a nice way to help your home feel fresh all the time, but the Eufy Omni E28 has taken things to the next level! PROS: - Setup is really a breeze. Once you unbox, the pieces easily snap together and the rest you setup is on the Eufy app. Very easy setup experience! - During first use, Eufy will make a "map" of the floor you are using the vacuum on and its really nicely done with its AI sensing in it. It can tell when the floor is carpet or not, and then within the app you can draw lines on which room is which. This is nice because you can then set up the Eufy to lets say vacuum the living room vs mop the kitchen. Just a nicely done feature! - That being said, this Eufy packs a punch for sure! I was really impressed how strong the suction is while also being quieter than vacuums I have used that are no where near as strong. It did an excellent job sucking up a ton of dog / pet hair along with crumbs, dirt, and overall dust in the house. - This vacuum of course has a mop on it which is great, but the real game changer is you can take the top of it and it works as a spot cleaner! This has been super handy as we have accidental spills and it's a nice way to keep all the dirty clean up stuff either from your robot or the spot cleaner all in one place. - The vacuum dust collectors also have a break in the middle of them to ensure there are no tangles or blockages and it's been working great. - Lastly, the Eufy app is fantastic to use. It lets you set up cleaning schedules, track your cleanings, customize how you want each room cleaned, and manage when you need new filters etc. CONS: - I wish there was an easier way to empty the dust bin. You have to take off the top of the base (which is the portable spot cleaner) to empty it, and it's just not as simple as I'd like. - The vacuum has a camera on the front of it, and I wish I could use that camera as a home security camera. As in let me take the robot, drive around with it, check out the house, and then put it back on the station. This is a feature I think would be easy to do. BOTTOM LINE: - The Eufy Omni E28 is simply the most powerful and useful robot vacuum I have ever had. It has a super powerful suction which takes care of pets and family messes, a mop that keeps floors squeaky clean, and an app that is very user friendly. Although I have minor complaints, there are nothing in the grand scheme of things and this is a welcomed daily use vacuum in our home that keeps things fresh and clean!

The Eufy - Robot Vacuum Omni E28 with Roller Mop and Self Cleaning is one cool piece of technology. This is our first Robot Vacuum and as a bonus it has a removable spot cleaner that is very good at its job. I have another spot cleaner as well but this Eufy one is pretty powerful. The box it comes in is very big in order to keep it well protected during shipping. It comes with molded inserts in the box and was shipped box inside another box. Unpacking this Eufy Omni E28 was easy enough and the set up was pretty straight forward for me. I did not have any issues setting it up and it connected and has stayed connected to our Mesh WIFI network without issue. It did have a couple of software updates it wanted to perform before the first use which also went well and did not take to long. Once updated and fully charged it was time to run a test run starting with the mapping feature. We were all very impressed with the Eufy E28 and its ability to maneuver in under and around things. I will say though you should keep the area directly in front of it for at least 5 feet clear maybe 6. The Eufy made it back from mapping without issue but when it needed to dock for a recharge it failed. I think it was because I moved a chair out to the front and side of it that was not there in the mapping. I am hoping with the chair moved back to where it was it will successfully return home. The app is laid out pretty good and is simple to navigate. I also found it easy to create task for the Eufy. I scheduled it to vacuum every night at 2:00am and to vacuum and mop every other day starting on Sundays. I have the Vacuum and mop task set to go at 4:00am so it will perform that after the vacuum only task it does every night. I also enabled do not disturb hours from 12:00am to 08:30am so it would do its self cleaning routine while we were awake during the day. The is a really cool machine and is very impressive. It does better than I expected and is very thorough with its cleaning. It really helps us keep the floor clean and we do not need to do it ourselves as often now. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for one of these.

I have had this for a little over a week now. I’ve only ran it when I’m home watching it (just making sure I know what it does before I set up some schedules). I’ve used it 8 times already. I purposely didn’t clean my floors for 2 week prior knowing I was getting it. I ran it as a vacuum only then ran vacuum and mop. After the first pass the floor was a little sticky, but definitely cleaner. After the 3rd run the floor was spotless and all runs after that didn’t have any issues. I will say the self cleaning is really ridiculously loud and wouldn’t advise running it at night

Definitely helps around the house. The app is user friendly and helps tracks the vacuum maintenance parts. Aside from when it maps the rooms it cleans in a very organized manner. It’s easy to add/remove boundaries and go/no-go areas. Absolutely do not regret this purchase.

I’ve been using the Eufy e28 for a little while now, and I’m genuinely impressed with what it can do. The mapping feature on the app has been one of my favorite parts so far. It accurately mapped out roughly 2800 sq ft of our home—including the kids’ rooms, hallways, and all the furniture—without any issues. Watching it create a detailed layout felt like something out of a sci-fi movie. Navigation is excellent as well. The robot moves around obstacles intelligently and rarely gets stuck. One surprisingly useful feature is the built-in flashlight it uses when navigating in the dark. It’s a small thing, but it makes a big difference for nighttime cleaning runs. The mop function works pretty well too. It doesn’t replace a deep mop, but it absolutely helps keep the floors much cleaner on a daily basis, especially with kids running around. I can already tell it’s going to save us a ton of maintenance cleaning. I also love the ability to customize suction levels, water flow, and cleaning modes directly from the app. Being able to adjust those settings depending on the room or mess makes it feel like a premium device. Overall, the Eufy e28 has exceeded my expectations. Strong mapping, smart navigation, helpful nighttime visibility, solid mopping, and customizable cleaning options make this a great addition to any busy home. Highly recommend!

[Employee of bestbuy] This is by far the best robovac/mop I’ve purchased, and I’ve had many roombas and shark vacs. It is super smart and the mapping is far superior to iRobots. And you can log in to the app with more than one user, while only ONE person could log into Roomba app. 10/10 This one actually sucks but doesn’t at the same time ;-)

This latest iteration of their robot vacuums has finally hit the jackpot! I haven't had to detangle the brush manually in my 2 months of running it daily so far. My previous vacuums will always have some amount of dog hair tangled after a few runs. We have two Great Pyrenees that shed A LOT! The mopping brush also does a great job cleaning the floor although not a substitute for actual mopping. It does help maintain cleanliness after mopping. The water tank lasts quite a few runs. Haven't had a chance to use the portable cleaner yet, but I'm sure it works well.

[Employee of bestbuy] I’ve had a bunch of robot vacuums (mostly sharks) this thing is crazy convenient- the mopping is quick and efficient, because it’s a roller style it can pick up wet messes, and the software is leagues better than most other robot vacuums. Totally will get another Eufy when I need to replace my upstairs vacuum only model.
