Event playback encryption issues
Unable to play back events captured by the camera. Goes through an encryption process then unable to play video message. Many Google posts of same unresolved issues since 2023. Eufy customer service unable to resolve...they say their technical team working in it... waiting over one week.

Great cameras for the price
Great price great quality. My house my recently broken into and wish i had theses beforehand. It's not a security system but works to let me know when someone is outside my house and records. Got them inside and out my house. Don't have to pay for any thing but the cameras all goes to my phone and records to the system. For the price definitely worth the buy if you can't afford a expensive security system.

Great doorbell
Okay. So I have this hooked up wirelessly presently and I have to admit the picture quality is miles ahead of my ring doorbell. I have also realized that the battery last slightly less that the ring though. I do plan on wiring it up soon to get rid of this problem. I will also get a home base because I thing sometimes its slower than my ring when accessing stored footage. Even with that being said I still like it better than the ring
