I tried extensively to get this to pair with my new Windows 10 Surface Laptop for tracking work passwords and was unsuccessful. I tried working with customer service however they have not responded with a solution in a timely manner. I still cannot pair with my computer and so it is an expensive trinket sitting on my desk.

I had read reviews about this company delivering late to their Kickstarter backers and was skeptical about the product due to the company's reputation. After picking up my Everykey from Best Buy and setting it up with my Mac and Google Pixel phone, all of my hesitation vanished, and I can confidently say this was one of the best purchases I've ever made. The product isn't perfect, I've found a couple of websites that Everykey doesn't play well with. But when I contacted customer service to tell them about this, they pushed an update to the software just a few days later that fixed it! Truly a refreshing experience to see a company that cares about its customers. Everykey deserves more positive reviews, the company has clearly overcome their jaded past and has a great product and outstanding customer service!

This is a replacement for identical unit which was accidentally run through washer and dryer. I have been using this since it was on indiegogo and it's excellent but does not work on windows 10 that uses fingerprint ID.

Everykey password device sounded very helpful, but after several attempts to get all of my passwords entered it still did not satisfy my expectations - return of the device went very smoothly however and once again i am happy with the service of Best Buy.

Easy to setup. The best part I can use it on all my devices. No more resetting passwords.

Great product till there’s a problem. Getting answers from the manufacturer requires patience of Job. Lack of supposed the hallmark of Everykey

Had high hopes for the Everykey. The concept is great. I have a newer computer running windows 10. It’s a gaming computer that is very fast with a good graphics card. Could net get Everykey to be recognized. Tried all the troubleshooting but it was just too much trouble. Should have been easy. Disappointed.

Very fussy. Hard to setup. Too many steps to use it and then it’s gone

Great password manager can be used on multiple machines to log into any web site.

The idea behind this unit is great. Making it work is another story and I haven't had time to really get into it.

I've been using my EveryKey for almost a year and it is the most compact, secure and user-friendly platform I've used. I would recommend this device to anyone who has many passwords to keep track of. Thank you EveryKey!

I purchased two Everykey's with one being mine and the other as a gift. The one I was using lasted about 6 months and just stopped working. Tried every possible option to get it working again but no luck. Assumed it might have been a battery issue so sent multiple requests to Everykey Support for assistance with no response. Looked up the apparent HQ office, called and left messages twice and no response. Product worked for a while but if there are issues, it seems that the company is not interested in addressing. O rating

After a year of having one of these, I can tell you it has gotten better over time. It was spotty in the beginning, and each update got it better. Now I hardly have problems with it on my phone or my desktop. There are a lot of skeptics that talk about the device basically being a key that unlocks your passwords if it is in proximity and connected to the device. They fail to mention that the key MUST be paired to the device to get access to the password vault. If someone got your key and paired it to their device then they would be halfway there to cracking your vault. They would need your master password to crack it all the way through. But as long as you practice strong password etiquette then that should not be an issue at all. I would give a 5 star review, but I would want to get more battery life out of it, so I am giving it a 4/5 for now.

I'll preface my review by saying I'm an IT Director for a large company. I've been in this business for over 20yrs. I say that so you know I have some experience with gadgetry. I've read the previous reviews and I honestly don't get their experiences. The Everykey is one of the best gadgets I own, hands down. I have a Dell laptop at work, and a Lenovo at home. Both running Win10 Pro, and both work equally well with the Everykey. It truly is amazing what this little piece of tech does. It not only picks up passwords I type on websites, it somehow picks up passwords I've saved in websites and transports them to its vault. When I leave my office my PC automatically locks. When I return, all I have to do is press enter and my computer unlocks (as long as the everykey is in my pocket). Honestly the only fault I can find with this product is the battery life. I wish it would last longer than a few days between charges. Would be nice if it could go a month without charging, but its so tiny that I get it. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone thinking of purchasing it.

Cyber security is crazy nowadays. There are so many products out there and so much blah blah blah. I love that Everykey does so much more than manage my passwords. I can log in quickly and securely without having to type a thing!

Once you get it set up and understand when to use it and when not to use it it's very useful. No passwords to remember etc...... Still working on getting it to work on non computer devices ie..... car doors, security systems etc...

Solution does not work as advertised for OSX or iOS. It constantly looses contact with the bluetooth key and takes over a minute to load the usernames/passwords into the login window screens. While the idea of the device is good, execution falls significantly short. Dont waste your money

Does what it is supposed to do. Had a minor issue with the hardware but Daniel in tech support took care of the problem quickly and professionally. I would recommend this product to anyone who is dealing with multiple password issues. And the customer service is fantastic.
