Sometimes when I’m on the phone, I can’t hear what the other is saying. There is noise in the background. I brought it back to Best Buy and the technician I had too many saved things so he deleted them. I thought my problem was solved, but no it isn’t. I’m disappointed. Still have same problem.

It's a rectangle, which is a little different than the ones I was used to, but so far it's great!

Squared case, heavy and makes your phone feel like you’re carrying around a brick. Not easy to hold and grip. Beautiful case colors, but I chose to return as it was way to expensive to keep when I didn’t love it.
