The FortiGate 120G is a 1U rack mount next-generation firewall built for campus edge, large branch and midsize enterprise networks. It is powered by the Fortinet SP5 security processor and delivers 39 Gbps firewall, 5.3 Gbps IPS, 3.1 Gbps NGFW and 2.8 Gbps threat protection throughput, with IPsec VPN up to 35 Gbps. Connectivity includes 18x GE RJ45 ports (16x switch ports, 2x MGMT/HA), 8x GE SFP slots and 4x 10GE SFP+ FortiLink slots plus 1x USB. Secure SD-WAN and a wireless and switch controller are built into FortiOS at no extra cost, letting the unit manage up to 128 FortiAP access points and 32 FortiSwitch switches from one console. This bundle includes the FortiGate 120G appliance plus 3-year FortiGuard Unified Threat Protection (UTP), which covers IPS, antivirus, FortiSandbox cloud sandboxing, application control, inline CASB, URL, DNS and video filtering, and anti-botnet and C2 protection.
