This is the second unit I purchased because the first one broke. Thank goodness I bought the geek squad protection, but the parts never came in and they had to replace the unit entirely. It works fine when it works.

Machine is ordinary. Not great performance but not terrible. Best Buy customer service is the worst know ever. Would not purchase here again.
