It Works!
Bought this for a rental. Tenant hasn’t complained. A bit pricy after haul away, installation and installation kit charges are added.

Worried about longevity.
So far so good but I’m worried about longevity. I see that there is already some wear and tear and I’ve not yet had it for a year. I am not unrealistic and I do expect to have a quality piece of equipment.
