The worst purchase I have ever had. I have spent thousands and thousands from you over the years. I don't want anything else from Best Buy . The ovens I bought in December are still not available for use.

The oven itself is fine. BestBuy customer service is horrendous; I'd advise customers to never accept a credit from them in exchange for a defect. Due to a small esthetic issue they offered us a choice to replace the oven or get a gift card credit. Then they declined to issue the credit internally, multiple times. This purchase has been a headache.
