Love this machine. Washer holds more clothes. A definite plus. Quieter. Nice interface. Easy to use. Dryer does its job if connected and cleaned properly. Excellent product

Omg! Do not purchase this washer/dryer. It's so loud. When you start the washer it spits out a little water, then shuts off and does this about 5 times before it fills. The beeping when it cycles is loud and really for no reason. The dyrer takes forever to shut off. Instead of just shutting off after the clothes are dry, it goes into a cooling cycle that runs for about 2 hours. So you have to make sure you are watching it or it'll just run forever. The controls are also just stupid. I've had several washer/dryer units over the years and these are the worst controls I"ve ever had.

I like more control over the agitation and filling of the washher. It fills inconsistently and not enough even on high. The agitator is a little weak and I woud like to SEE it agitate. I liked my old one better . Lssted 23 years

This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any company or product. My last ditch effort is to write this review hoping anybody gives me a refund or fixes my appliance so im not out a thousand dollars. I got this appliance delivered and installed with a propane conversion. The item was delivered broken, will not complete a cycle, and settings do not correspond with what they are supposed to do. I call to get a technician or replacement I have been told SIX TIMES now that I would get a call back and never do, they told me a technician was going to come that never did turns out they changed technicians, didn't tell me, and then the technician didn't even service my area. I'm convinced at this point they are lying to me and hoping I give up until the warranty expires. I have NEVER had such horrible service. And have been blatenly LIED TO over 6 times now. DO NOT BUY FROM ELECTROLUX I would never wish this on anybody I just want a working appliance.

Delivered 7/29/22. The washer came defective. The washer will not advance from spin to done. The spin cycle continuously runs and runs. I had to trip the breaker to get the washer to turn off.

I think this machine is ruining my clothes. It takes a long time to go through the wash and dry cycles, so they spin around well over 2 hours total. The washer can't handle the slightest variation in weight and constantly stops due to "unbalanced load." When it stops, you have to wait several minutes (no set time, just wait) until you can open the door and fix it. Then it's still unbalanced and you go through the whole routine again. I miss my 1997 Maytag, so much simpler.

The first load of clothes after the installers left and it hung up in the spin cycle and refused to move. Had to call Best Buy to come and get it. I then bought a GE and am pleased with it.

Washer went out then dryer, decided to go with stackables. Could not afford the expensive ones. Checked other places others told me to me to check out, but Best Buy had the best selection and price!

I bought this in 2021 and have had to replace the gas valve assembly twice since then. First one went out 2.5 years after purchase. Now the second one (same OEM part) went out in just 6 months. Outside of warranty and customer service is a black hole that is not to be dealt with. Not sure if it is just my bad luck, but I would avoid this product if you have other options.
