We had this delivered and the delivery guys were awesome. They placed the unit within several feet of where I was to install it. No mess no hassle. We’ve been using the unit for about 2 months. It has been perfect. Really happy with the purchase. Great value.

Tailored to my needs, practical and easy to use in not very large spaces

This washer and dryer combo works efficiently and is very easy to use. It handles large loads without issue and the cycles are quick while still cleaning thoroughly. The design is compact, which saves space, and it operates quietly. I am impressed with the quality and reliability so far.

This Frigidaire "Laundry Center" - as these stacked washer/dryer are now called - performed better than expected. With the industry obsession about saving water, some high efficiency machines can be a nightmare to operate and figure out. Fortunately this machine is simple enough. The cycles are clearly marked and intuitive as well as the water levels and temperature settings. Easy DIY installation. Relatively quiet. Minor point for me, lack of fabric softener dispenser. I use sheets in the dryer instead. Also the "Normal" drying cycle seems to run longer than necessary with small loads. Overall I am very satisfied.

This is a great washing unit. Overall, it's quiet. However, it is poorly assembled. Our first two delivered were defective. The first one had a broken dryer. The second had a broken water hose. The third arrived working, but the lid fell off. I was able to tighten it myself. I will say this third one is slightly louder than the first one delivered, washing-wise. We only purchased this one because it has the largest washer capacity over the other stacked units. If you have the space, order side-by-side units. Otherwise, this is great, but be prepared if your first delivery is not good. Best Buy has taken great care of us, though.

It fits my space perfectly. It looks huge and deep inside for the washer tank, so I can do big loads for the family instead several smaller ones I've previously had to do. The washer and dryer both do great. It beeps until you remove your items so you don't forget it's in there. (the beeping is not loud, a single beep and that may occur every 5 minutes till turned off) I'm okay with that Because there are many distractions at home and its a great reminder to stay on laundry task.

The washer is larger than most for the small space I have

I purchased this machine on 11/9/20 and delivery was excellent. There are a lot of negative reviews on the Frigidaire site but I am reserving my judgment until I’ve had it longer. I will say the spin cycle took quite a long time and there were noises toward the end of it. A short person may have trouble reaching down to get clothes out.

So far so good. Did 3 loads the first day. Have washed the king size duvet cover ad didnt spread out the weight, thebmachone made a stink about that. Great price for the size offered. Quiet! Delivery was easy.

Makes a loud squeaking noise that we have had too look into soon after purchasing. Its works well but the noise is quite annoying.

The only thing I like about this machine is a large capacity. On the front of it it's saying "Quiet Pack" Machine is very far from Quiet.Washer making very Loud and Annoying noise. And this one is a Lemon with defective computer. Frigidaire customer service is Awful including people in charge.Nobody knows what they are doing.Company that works for Frigidaire have a Very bad review.Took me 1 month to get a company with tech who knows what he is doing. Hopefully I will get a computer for this machine and my odyssey will be over. All my appliances are Frigidaire.This is first time with so much problem.
