The only thing I like about this machine is a large capacity. On the front of it it's saying "Quiet Pack" Machine is very far from Quiet.Washer making very Loud and Annoying noise. And this one is a Lemon with defective computer. Frigidaire customer service is Awful including people in charge.Nobody knows what they are doing.Company that works for Frigidaire have a Very bad review.Took me 1 month to get a company with tech who knows what he is doing. Hopefully I will get a computer for this machine and my odyssey will be over. All my appliances are Frigidaire.This is first time with so much problem.

This is a tried and true design of an almost identical product purchased from Sears in 2012. We gifted the old one with Kenmore name on it to a family member. We replaced with the Frigidaire model being reviewed here, which was delivered to our residence in Nov. 2024. We still have the option to return it, but would to avoid the inconvenience. It has newer electronic controls but otherwise it's the same. I tried to arrange a service call, because the dryer drum makes a scraping noise. Otherwise it functions normally. This was totally frustrating trying to make this request via the chatbot. I also called the 888 number to request service, but after a long wait to be connected, a heavily accented person in a call center was not intelligible, referred me back to an online request for a home visit. I was cycled through the chatbot again. I also called two numbers provided by the delivery agent offering 100% satisfaction. One was for a Geek Squad Leader with both a phone number and email. I expressd my concern in a voicemail, and in the email address provided. Neither were answered. Up until now I have been impressed with BestBuy stores, the helpfulness of Geek Squad geeks when I come to the store by appointment to trouble shoot electronic devices I have purchased there. The experience to get help with this last appliance purchase will make me wary of purchasing another appliance there. Home Depot and Lowes are alternatives, and encourage online purchases and provide delivery and installation.

The appliance is fine but it took two months to get it. The first one came damaged. The replacement took 6 weeks to arrive. I had moved and was without a washer and dryer for 2 months. A company of your size should be able to do better!

Does not fill beyond half. Has never delivered anything but cold water. Does not get clothes very clean. I miss my old top loading agitator, this is Not it! I think this may are an installation issue, but Best Buy is not responding! NOT happy

First, if your washer isn't filling with water, please check the height of the drain hose standpipe. It should be a minimum of 33 inches (84 cm) high to prevent siphoning. If you're specifically having trouble with hot water, consider these factors:
1. Ensure your hot water heater is set to at least 120°F (50°C). You can measure the temperature at a nearby faucet using a candy or meat thermometer.
2. If you’re using hot water elsewhere in the house, it might be impacting your washer’s ability to fill with hot water. Try to avoid using hot water at the same time.
If the washer isn’t filling beyond half, or if it consistently delivers only cold water, it could indeed point to an installation issue.
