We have loved this oven so far! The only real downside was that the air fry basket doesn’t come with it so we had to purchase that separately. There are a lot of options in the menu which could possibly be overwhelming to some people.

She’s a real attractive piece to my kitchen, which is being remodeled at this time. Can’t wait to use it. When I set the time I was a bit confused . “Air Fryer” is totally misleading. The book says in one place that the rack is included, but later says it’s extra. In fact it isn’t there, so who knows how or even if it works. I’ll never find out since not planning to add to the $2,000 already spent on this. The rest seems OK but I haven’t tried all of the features. I wish it gave an option on whether or not the timer just instantly turns everything off instead of maybe just beeping a reminder first.

So far so good! Easy to use. Fits in with the kitchen. Easy to read and set time, temperature and mode.

We have not had it very long and also not used all the features yet. Works great and looks great.

Love my oven , cooks perfectly. Love the fact that is a conventional oven and a air fryer. Great price when they put on sale for product .

I have had this oven for a couple months now it's been great. I like the various baking modes and I really like the airfyer mode. The oven gets very hot very fast which I am still getting used to. My only complaint with my experience was the delivery install service, they really just want to drop of the oven and not deal with the install. They initially told me it wasn't going to fit and i should return that one and get a smaller one like I had. And i told them the point was to get a larger one that could fit more things. I had some wood inserts that needed to be trimmed they told me they charge $150 per cut on top of the install fee I already paid. I just told them to leave it and got a refund on the install and called my handyman and he installed it for $200. It required trimming the wood inserts. It was a very snug fit but it worked. It took my handyman about 20 minutes. The 3rd party vendors complained about Best Buy not paying them enough and that he just got a hourly pay. My impression is that they wanted to deliver everything as fast as possible and relax the rest of the day. They didn't really want to deal with install and satisfying the customer.

I couldn’t be happier with this oven. It heats quickly, cooks evenly, and has more features than I even realized I needed. The air-fry setting is a total game changer—crispy results without pulling out a separate appliance. The convection modes, broil, and specialty settings all work flawlessly, and the controls are super intuitive. Everything about this oven feels high quality, from the smooth gliding racks to the bright interior light. I’ve tried multiple settings already and every meal has turned out perfectly. Truly no complaints. If you want an oven that does it all (and does it well), this one is worth every penny!

This oven is replacing a 30" wall oven from 1991. It is shorter so I had to have a drawer looking board to cover the bottom. Frigidaire makes a plate for this that is 3" but I needed 5". Having an air frier built in saves space and is fun to use and friends are jealous..

I am updating the Appliances in my home and changing to stainless. I had replaced the built in microwave with a Frigidaire last year and have been totally satisfied. This oven matches perfectly. It is so quiet I had to check if was even working. There are so many cooking options. I haven't tried them all. What I have tried worked flawlessly. My wife loves the airfry and the temperture probe. It looks great, fits great and was easy to set and navigate the many features. It even slow cooks.

Fit right in with minimal cutting. Works great and the glass touch screen is much better than our old plastic pad.

We love the oven; however, we had to return it for a new one. The plastic covering on the floor of the oven had not been removed by the installers. It stuck to the bottom of the oven and had to be replaced.

I love, love, love my new oven! We were looking for one that included an air fryer option and selected this model based on the reviews. Although I agree that it should come with the air fryer basket, we purchased one and it fits perfectly.

I love the oven addition to my kitchen. I haven’t been able to use the air fryer feature yet because I haven’t been able to buy the pan. I really wish it came with one even if they would have added on the price to provide one. Otherwise work great so far.

I’ve had my oven about 2 months but so far I’m happy with it. It takes a learning curve since it’s computerized but doesn’t seem too difficult. My only complaint is that it didn’t come with the broiling pan or convection pan & is an additional cost. Luckily I kept my old broiling pan so I will not purchase the one that should be part of the oven.

Just what we needed. The sales person Carol Zaragoza was very helpful. She guided us through the process to have the oven installed.

This Oven looks great. But it does not have good dimensions drawings. When it was delivered, it did not fit in the cavity below the gas stove-top that includes a gas regulator.

Tons of modes I've never had before. Heats up quick. Rolling rack is a must have.

Convection Oven with a lot of features. Excellent buy.
