Really like our new double oven. Heats up fast on the pre-heat mode and easy to set controls. They Best Buy installation guys did an excellent job installing the oven. They needed to have a small cut in the cabinets to insure the fit was perfect. The sales associate helped us pick an oven that would be delivered prior to Thanksgiving.

This review doesn't reflect on Best Buy, only the ovens. The ovens look nice. They work,but top oven is off by 50°..not hot enough. Cons: ➡️They are shorter than my previous ovens. Therefore, the installers made a 2" trim on the spot. This came with a price, of course! :-( NOW, the 2" trim they made and installed needs to be painted along with both the sides along the ovens. What an inconvenience as I had my kitchen just painted BEFORE my previous ovens stopped working. ➡️There are 3 racks for each oven. Why? This is overkill. Instead of all these racks, simply including a broiler pan would have been nice! ➡️There's only ONE TIMER FOR 2 OVENS! Come on, Frigidaire, get with the program (smh & rolling my eyes) ➡️ When you set the timer, you lose the clock..see picture included. Again, Frigidaire, you need to step it up! ➡️Biggest problem is when setting the timer, it often changes the oven temperature. And if the timer is set, and I try to change the oven temperature, it changes the timer! What gives here? The "board" behind the faceplate must not be accurate or it is just very sensitive. Either way, this should NEVER HAPPEN! Frigidaire, you need to fix this glitch.

Don't buy it if you want Frigidaire to reimburse you for the modification of the cabinet to make it fit. I have submitted numerous photos and receipts, they were all rejected. I should have ordered a GE instead, installation is included, and the final price would be comparable at the end. Way too much hazzle!

Very even heating. It is quite attractive and the handles and shelves very comfortable and easy to use. The negative is the fan puts quite a bit of heat back into the kitchen. Not a problem in the winter, but a problem with air-conditioning

Beautiful looking appliance. It is an asset to our kitchen. Works great, nice and quiet. It pre-heats very quickly , much better than our old oven. Easy to maintain.

Great looking oven. Easy to install. Relatively easy to use! Would recommend.

Well constructed with ample features. Bread proofing is very good for making yogurt.

This was a replacement for an older Kenmore unit. Really like this unit especially the slid-out shelf, very helpful for heavy items. Delivery took a while but installation when as planned. Both ovens are convection.

This replace the original double oven in our home. This oven is wider inside than the previous model allowing us to use our bigger baking sheets. Both the top and bottom ovens are convection. We love how evenly this oven cooks. We also like the meat thermometer function. The oven is quick to heat as well. The only down side is this oven is not in stock at Best Buy. It ships from the manufacturer directly and takes 4 - 6 weeks to arrive.

Great choice for my kitchen. Love the double convection ovens. Even temperature. Quick to pre-heat.

Love the convection ovens and the size. Will be wonderful at Thanksgiving

Very pleased with the new ovens. They have exceeded my expectations.

Beside him had some issues with it when we bought it but it was a floor model that somebody else purchased and then returned but they work great with us to get the issues taken care of

The item came in. was installed and never got used. It didn’t work from the very first day, then they couldn’t replace it for weeks! Add this to the list of the 3 appliances that we got a refund for because 2 of the 3 received didn’t work and customer service would not help us with replacing.

Oven looks great. Only complaint is the oven makes more noise running than our replaced oven. It also came with about 12 extra screws rolling around in the two ovens. Hopefully they were extras and were not ones the manufacturer did not install correctly.
