Q: Does this watch work with all phones, and does it track heart rates?
A: It should work on Android phones, but I'm not sure about iPhones. I'm using it on a Samsung A53. Yes, it tracks heart rates.
Q: Does this product have interchangeable bands?
A: Yes, the band can be changed. Debbie with Garmin
A: I found the watch to be cumbersome to use the different features. It proved yo be unreliable fir keeping time and had to be returned as a non-working watch. I do not recommend.
Q: Will this watch work with my IPhone? Does it also check blood pressure?
A: Yes it works with iPhone. However you can’t reply to text messages. Does not check blood pressure.

Personal preference
Appearance is pretty. Functionality is not what I was looking for - I did research before purchasing the watch, but in the end, I returned it. Battery did not last quite as long as advertised, but it was much better than another very popular brand. Overall, the quality is nice, and the appearance is nice, it just did not meet my personal needs. I would recommend it if you were looking for less apps and want to focus on movement/exercise and having a watch - perfect for that. The digital portion is small and a little awkward to use. I did not care for that portion.

Awesome looking watch
I didn’t use many of the the apps on my apple watch and just used it for notifications and music witch are both fully replaced by this watch while being the one of the coolest looking watches I’ve owned I’ve also grown to like the body battery and stress tracking

Enjoying this watch!
So many things I like about the watch. Still getting to know all the features. It does everything I want it to. If I had to choose two minor cons, the battery life seems like it could be a little better. But it depends on the feature used. Also, the digital screen is hard to read outside on a sunny day.
