Pros: 1. Quiet 2. Dishes are squeaky clean 3. The BB installer was awesome and got it up and running properly, and hauled away the old dishwasher 4. Aesthetically good design! Cons: 1. Cycles take 2+ hours from start to finish 2. Even with adjusting the heat settings, the unit never dries out 3. After running 3 cycles, it has already started smelling mildewed 4. The wheels for the bottom drawer drive over the gasket, so you can tell it will wear out quickly. Living on the third floor above another owner puts us all at risk of flooding sooner than we’d all like if the gasket wears out 5. Only came with an installation manual, no operating manual so no idea how to clean the filters, or adjust settings, and what those settings do. I miss my old GE dishwasher we had - it would clean everything and dry within an hour. If BB would take this one back and I could replace it with something more efficient, I would.

This was a great buy for us, the adjustable rack on top adds so much room for pots and pans. Dishes and pots get clean and there is no need to pre rinse anything. The best part is that it is very quiet.

Louder than old one I had plastic on inside already rough up alll around feel more cheap the auto sense is Pointless it runs for almost 3 yrs even in light cycle water sit under filter inside so standing water smell odor every time I open dishwasher

Nice looking unit. Runs quiet which I love. Does a good job on the dishes. Not a complaint since there are options for quick wash cycle but normal wash cycle takes quite a long time. Also doesn't come with any sort of operation instructions or explanation of the different wash options. Overall satisfied with purchase.

good affordable dishwasher seems to work well and get dishes clean and dry, it is fairly quiet and looks nice in our kitchen. Set up was easy enough.

It arrived on time and other than some minor scrapes by the deliverers it is great. The installation however was another story. I will never use Best Buy installers again. They were not very careful and actually couldn’t get the dishwasher running at the end of install. After going through all the test protocols it still wouldn’t run water. I asked if the shut offs were all turned on again which they said they already checked. They left with me thinking I had a defective unit. So I immediately called Best Buy customer service and was told I could either book a diagnostic service call or return the unit. Unfortunately it was on backorder for months and now out of stock so service call it was. As soon as I got off the phone though my husband and I checked the water shut offs and sure enough the water to the dishwasher was shut off. Luckily they didn’t damage the dishwasher by trying to run it with no water and I kept the service call to make sure of it and to have them check the install job. This guy was even less careful than the first guys. Couple more minor scuffs on the unit and dings on my cabinet frames and the unit still doesn’t feel completely secure in the space. My husband did a better job with our last dishwasher which he installed himself. I will buy from Best Buy but will never use their installers again. Hopefully I won’t need another dishwasher for a while. I like this ones features and it cleans well.

Pros: Simple to install, quiet running. Yet to be determined is the plastic tub and how well it will last.

We bought a dishwasher from a different company, but when it was delivered, the inside was destroyed (I can't even imagine how that happened). We were replacing a very old dishwasher, so I went to Best Buy's website and found something similar, which was available (unusual given the current situation of everything being in short supply). I was delivered and installed (installation is done by a third party vendor) rather quickly. It uses a lot less detergent than our old dishwasher and it is very quiet. The only drawback we can find is the items in the top rack don't dry completely. It's still new, so we're trying different things.

Quiet and cleans dishes well! Affordable and minimal wait time for installation. Installers explained the various cycles and accessories inside: wine rack and adjustable top rack.

Everything else in the kitchen is bisque. It is so nice, quite, doesn't leak, doesn't stop working. The plastic things come out barely wet, used to be an issue. It is so quiet, and the store said it would be 50 decibels, loud. I might be going deaf or my old one was 80 decibels. I am very happy.

Just installed and have only used once, but got dishes clean. Quiet. Used double boost for drying and seemed to work well.

Love my GE-24" Front control dishwasher so far. It looks sharp inside and out. I've only had for a few weeks and have not had any issues. It's quiet and cleans well and has a heated drying and sanitizing feature.

Due to the lack of dishwashers in stock I decided not to wait and get this one. Pros: cleans very well, looks good, easy to set, love delay wash, Con: made cheaply, very dark interior(need a light on to see inside) racks don’t hold up dishes, not as quite as stated especially during cycle change. As long as I don’t have to hand wash dishes and they come out clean!

This dishwasher has significantly cut down on time on dishes. It is quiet and cleans very well. Easy to setup.

Bought this as an out of the blue surprise for my wife. Our old dishwasher had started to leak so we'd been without a dishwasher for almost a year. I came home from work and saw my wife was looking on the web at dishwashers. The cheapest she could find of course. I did a little research, some comparisons and settled on this one. Couldn't be happier, it's quiet, wifi capable and cleans even super tough stuck on foods. You do have to buy the part to enable wifi and a small elbow piece separately but both aren't very expensive.
