I wanted a stackable washer and dryer because I have limited space in my utility room. I bought this set and one of the things that made it stand out was that the washer and dryer were supposed to be able to communicate so you could control the dryer from the washer. We tried through both bluetooth and wifi a bunch of times and cannot get the dryer to link to the washer. Good thing I'm not short as I can still reach the dryer controls ok. I love the dryer so far otherwise. I like the way the lint trap is too. That is my only complaint though especially since I specifically chose this set for that feature.

So far so good! I noticed that sometimes if I choose EXTRA DRY the clothes come out a bit damp, which is odd, but the preset DRY setting is perfect when using Normal. Love the size of the drum since I put in large loads (family of 4). It'll even adjust the time depending on the size of the load, which is amazing.

Works well and drys clothing. Large capacity fits a good amount of towels and a medium blanket well.

With three young kids, we are constantly doing loads and loads of laundry, and this dryer makes things much easier. The capacity of the dryer is great. The steam cleaning and wrinkle-removing features are so clutch. Overall, the dryer is amazing for its capacity, features, and quietness. Also, look for your local natural gas providers to see if they have a rebate on it. The sale price + rebate from the gas company made this an easy choice.

Very nice dryer. Only con is it requires a separate installation kit for the gas and water (steam) hookups. Other than that it works great. It heats up quickly and drys our laundry in no time. It's also able to connect to wifi so it can send me notifications when the clothes are dry.

Best buy needs to do better. After ordering multiple dryers and having numerous conversations with reps. They continuously sent me the wrong dryer. I have had more dryers delivered to my home in 3 months then one person has had in a lifetime. I finally received the right one. I'm still learning this dryer but so far I like it. You would think they would've given me a credit for all of their mistakes, NOPE. I ended up paying more for a gas dryer because they simply couldn't get it right between the customer service representative and the warehouse. never again will I order from best buy. 3stars for the hassle of it all

This dryer is incredibly quiet. I was so surprised! I like that it remembers your custom settings and that the presets work really well. The only issue I ran into was when the drum was quite full, it was tough to get the clothes to dry, so just avoid overstuffing. I would recommend this.

We decided to stick with GE for our washer and dryer - in spite of the many paid promotional reviews for Samsung. This is a heavy, beautiful dryer to go with the matching washer. Our clothes are clean and dry beautifully. I love all the options for drying to keep the wrinkles out.

I am thrilled with the GE products I just purchased. Both the washer and dryer are excellent. They have features which I love like the automatic detergent loader! This takes the guesswork out of the process. All in all a great purchase!

We love our new dryer! Great capacity and ease of use. It feels really solid. I love the idea of the steam option. If it were a quick 5 minute steam and dry, that would be great, but I think it takes a while, so I didn’t think it was really worth it, but overall, we love it!

Really an amazing option without breaking the bank. Love the smart hq app that notifies you of your washing and drying to avoid leaving any clothes behind. Would recommended this product to anyone going new while being price conscious.

Can't tell you anything about this dryer because it was never delivered. It was ordered on 12-14-23 and the last update was for a delivery on 2-7-24. We couldn't wait any longer for a delivery. Went to your competitor and had on the next day. Never again for appliances at your company.
