Don't be a fool like me. I bought all GE products. I was told they were one of the best. Guess what? I've had 2 washing machines waiting on a third my stove. That cost a fortune is broke and they haven't even said they were going to fix it and my microwave. This will be my third, the first to burnt the service technicians as they were taking them out of my house, they were so hot. Supposedly, they have shorts. So when you read this review, g e will not back up their own warranty, they have not called or anything else.All they did is send some appliance guy out here, and he says, can't fix it.They'll send you a new one in 7 2 ten days don't be treated like me. I wished I could find a good consumer attorney to take on this case. 'cause GE is selling broke junk, thank yo

Do not buy. I purchased this very expensive stove less than a year ago and it is rusting already. The response that I received from their customer service was less than satisfactory. They suggested I clean it with glass cleaner or buy a replacement part for 50% off. Unbelieveable.

POOR RATING IS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, not the product. Delivery men were nice but accidentally took the instuction manual and oven probe with them when they cleaned up. Ive been on the phone over 2 days for about 3 1/2 hours either on hold listening to god awful music, or being bounced around to other service numbers. Now I have to wait 3 days for a call from a technician so they can decide what to do. All they had to do was send me the oven probe that was removed with the packing materials but now I have to wait. The oven itself is a good one however if you're considering this one, I suggest you buy from a local home town owned appliance store instead of this national chainl! Thank you and good luck.

no air-fryer basket glass cleaner seems to be lost as well

Thank you for reaching out to us. This unit doesn’t come with an air fry basket. You can use any broil safe cookware when using Air Fry mode. Also, a dark sheet pan as it promotes better browning and crisping. More information about cooking accessories for your air fry feature can be found in the use and care guide on the website (Page 23). For help with any missing items we would suggest reaching out to your retailer at bestbuy.com customer service department at 1-888-237-8289 or call your local store. They can either answer your question or transfer you to your local store to answer your specific question.
