Keep me and my boys busy playing a game dad grew up playing

This is the second referbished switch I bought in under a week. The first was in great condition the second was not at all what was ordered. Reaching out to customer service was easy, they replaced the unit with a unit a much better condition. The whole process was so much easier than I expected and they all were friendly and helpful.

The unit works well enough. It had some scuff marks here and there but nothing major. Kickstand was very loose but an easy fix with a replacement kickstand. Screen was free of dead pixels but had some scratches. Joycons worked well, no stick drift found. Joycons snapping in are a little loose but nothing thats not managable. Good functionality otherwise and a good deal. I will say that these minor fixes could have been fixed with the refurbishing of the unit and would have rated this higher if done so.

I bought this knowing it was Geek squad refurbished but the back has 100s of scratches and worse part the model in description is for the v2 version they sent original launch version came in a generic box just thrown really disappointed they got 2 major things wrong also feels non responsive at times can't believe they would do this just look at my picture

It is a good refurbished product with only two problems that is having one controller being easy to come out of place and the others joystick keeps moving down but other than that it still looks and performs like new

Very happy with my purchase and would 100% recommend the only thing I have to say is that since the day that I got it, it occasionally freezes and the only way to fix it is to completly power off and on which is frustrating when playing a game but it doesn’t happen too often.

I honestly didn't think much of it when I purchased this Nintendo, but now that it's here it's great. I didn't come in the original box, but who cares. I got a great system that plays great.

Everything worked so well! It was easy to set up and I was playing with my grand kids in no time!!!

Granddaughter Loves it! Only drawback was not in original packaging, but expected as it was refurbished

Loved it. Kid is having a blast and wife loves that it doesnt have to take over the tv in the living room.

Great! We play just dance a lot for excersiskbg. Fun.

The kids love this system. The people in the store that helped me were fantastic!!! The kids are teaching us how to use it

I received it late even though the money was refunded for shipping. It was a present for a family member on their Birthday. Pretty disappointing. It also didnt come with a tray to put the memory card in. I had to call nintendo to reprogram it and apparently i can do it 2z a year only. I now wasted 1 of those it wasn't even my fault.

The devices came in great condition. Everything was packaged wall and accounted for. I am really happy with the purchase. I had to go back and buy another one!

It has been a good experience so far. I am liking that everything is working well.

The only thing i can say i disliked about the product i bought was the joycons were messed up but other than that the system works great. I bought new joycons for it and it works like new now.

My son is soooo excited to play his new Nintendo switch. He's been asking for years now. Package came on time and in great shape.

I love it ❤️ me and my kids play it everyday and all night
