love my refurbished xbox one! i can’t stop playing! it’s basically brand new!

The controller was broke so i couldnt even play it at first i called best buy and there customer service was terrible couldnt send me a new controller or give me a gift card to buy a new one all she kept saying was i wouldnt have to return the whole system but they didnt have any more for me to replace it with the controller isnt even one that a normal xbox comes with i looked it up at its 25 dollars only and the console was dirty and gross i will not ever be buying anyrhing else from best buy im done

The console has several scratches. This was supposed to come in the original box according to the product description, which was not true. This was bot a renewed console, probably they just wipe it and listed as renewed. I dont recommend to buy renewed or refurbished electronic devices from BestBuy.
