Purchased these in March 2023 for my mother who is in her 70's and normally wears hearing aids that take batteries. It is now the start of May and so far she is happy with them. The hearing aids charge in the case and the case is capable of getting charged. When the h.aids are taken out of the ears and put in the case, they get charged. Level adjustments are made with a little screwdriver -that is the gray dot in the picture. Provided with 3 different sized ends, she used the smallest size provided. She is used to skin tone colored, these are black. Shipping was fast.

They were okay for the first two weeks, then one stopped working and then the other had an ongoing peeping sound. It was difficult to control the sound levels as well. The return process was easy and I'm grateful for that.

Purchase these for my mother, 83 years old. She absolutely loves them. The small of their size makes them comfortable for her tiny years. We highly recommend this product. For her, they are as good as the high priced ones. Thank you, Best Buy.
