This is my second Pixel, these are great phones, very easy to operate. As for the refurbished phone, worked great out of the box, screen wasn't scratched and the battery will last a few days, depending on use.

I was looking to get a new phone and it was hard to find the right one. And then I found this one. It’s an older model of the pixel phones, but it’s still great. The camera is as phenomenal as the ads show it to be, the phone is very responsive to my fingers and the speaker quality is way better than I expected. I mostly got this to take pictures with, but it’s actually a really good phone. Only downside is, there’s no headphone Jack, so you’ll need Bluetooth headphones or an adapter to use wired ones (added a picture of my Christmas tree I took with this phone to show the camera quality)

Controls are fantastic, display is the smoothest ive ever seen. The camera is insanely detailed, and everything is super snappy thanks to the updated processor.

the packaging is... interesting and barre the phone itself and a USB to USB-C cable and a sticker with the device ID and sutch. I wish there was a USB-C to USB-C cable to transfer my data from my old phone and a sim tray thingy. Overall the phone was in a great condition and came earlier than I thought (pause).

Great phone, Decent condition. Working fine, no bloat sw - pleasant change from other phones. Back camera a bit smudged (borders), other than that a good refurbished phone.

The phone arrived a day late, but it was in excellent condition, and I couldn't tell it wasn't brand new.

It has scratches and it is dirty. It comes on. Not as repaired as I feel it should be.

I loved the phone. Although it was refurbished it worked fine and came just as described!!

The phone had water damage inside of the charging port and the speakers

They sent me the wrong item. I received a pixel7a which is a cheaper phone. Also, the wrong color from that I ordered. I hope it was just a mistake and not intentional.

Put the 3.5mm audio jack back in the next version of the Pixel, Google, I'm BEGGING you. I have several lovely pairs of wired headphones and earbuds. Bluetooth buds of any variety fall out my ears, and flimsy aux to USB-C dongles routinely break after a month of use. I need to be able to plug my headphones directly into my phone. I love Pixels, I do - great camera quality, sufficient battery life and enough features to do anything I need my phone to do - but if I can't get a headphone jack on my next phone I will become a single-issue buyer and switch to whatever brand still cares enough about their customers to leave simple, useful features in their design rather then blindly chasing thinner and thinner devices.

I recently purchased the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Google Pixel 7 (128GB, Obsidian), and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The phone arrived looking basically brand new — no scratches, no marks, nothing to even hint that it was refurbished. Geek Squad did an excellent job making it feel fresh out of the box. Performance has been amazing so far. The Pixel 7 is smooth, fast, and responsive, whether I’m multitasking, watching videos, or using the excellent Pixel camera. Speaking of the camera—WOW. The photos come out crisp, vibrant, and sharp, and Google’s photo processing is still unmatched. Battery life has been solid, lasting me through the day without issues. Setup was easy, updates installed quickly, and the phone works perfectly with my carrier since it’s fully unlocked. Overall, this is an excellent deal for the price. If you're looking for a reliable, modern smartphone without paying full retail, this refurbished Pixel 7 is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

Great phone, but the battery drains quickly and overheats. The 90 day warranty on refurnished items was not honored by Best Buy, their Geek Squad, their delegated warranty company Consumer Certified Repairs (CCR). Everybody kept pointing to someone else to fix. When I called the Geek Squad they hung up on me after I explained their warranty company would do nothing. Will not buy a refurbished phone from Best Buy again. Beyond disappointed in the store, staff, and warranty partners. Beware.

The pixel 7 lemongrass came in mint condition and is working flawlessly. My first time buying a refurbished phone and I would recommend this idea more to save money and the environment

The phone looks like new ever its says refurbished ,not seen an issue till now . got an best buy super fast charging cable and the quality is really good and same as original one . over all a satisfied buy .

Very good phone. My favorite feature is the phonecall screening, so you can tell before you pickup if it is a spam call. I'm not a huge photo taker but I never had an issue with the camera. I can load apps and use many things at once!

Received the pixel in very good condition. Some of the other reviews had me concerned with the items condition, but went ahead and ordered. Everything is functioning great and have had this phone for a couple of months now.

Great phone, love the photo quality!! Battery power is still decent after months of use. Definitely recommend!
