Love the ease of programming and the app. It was very easy to setup and plenty of preprogrammed options. The 3M tape was not very reliable outdoors, but the clips held up so far after a month with decent rain. The tape would probably be fine for indoor use and not bearing its own weight. In the image shown I have two of these to run the full length.

Very slow to install, be sure to use a guide or something to keep the line straight. But once it’s up and running it looks amazing! Kids had fun choosing which “scene” to play across the house. Was worried the lights would not be bright enough but once the sun sets these are as bright as any other house on our street. Best thing - I’ll never have to install lights on the house ever again since these are permanent lights! Very happy overall with our new Govee lights!

We bought 2 of these for our house during the Holiday Season 2023. They were simple to install and look absolutely amazing! The app functions amazingly. The built in functions for pre set lighting during certain holidays is a must! If you are looking for some great outdoor lighting for the holiday’s or any occasion these are your go to!!!!

Love these GoVee outdoor lights. We change them to show the different colors of the season. And BestBuys service dept is the best when there was a defect in the plug-in device and they immediately exchanged it for a new one. We were back in business with our lights on showing off our holiday lights to awe the neighbors. We love them and BestBuy.

Using then as Christmas lights. Easy to install and great app with many preset lighting choices as well as the option to creat your own. Recommended!

Ive bought multie exterior LED strips and these were by far the easiest to set up. The app is awesome. I cant believe how many presets are built in. If youre on the fence, I absolutely recommend.

Awesome lights! I do like the self programming option on twinkly as well but govee is still an awesome product. The app has so much you can customize so you wont run out of ideas. Ended up buying 3 sets for house and 2 for dads and 2 for pontoon and 2 for floaty island. So awesome the neighbors want me to install theirs next

Lights work great, no more putting up and taking down roof lights every year for Christmas or other holidays. Just wish they could be spliced together because you either need multiple long extension cords or under eve outlets.

We bought a set of their indoor lights and loved them so much we went back to get the outdoor version. Between using an app on your phone and the built in timers/programming you can’t go wrong. Highly recommend.

Works awesome if you're willing to do some extra work with extra $ and mods. 1- Make sure to NOT to use the adhesive tape it comes with because it's really not good at all and after you peel it since it didn't stick, you risk of breaking the weatherproof layer at it's backside and exposing the led strip to open air. Just get yourself really good clear 12mm led HOOKS, not clips, they won't fit nicely, get hooks. The Amazon's choice ATB branded one has great adhesion and the perfect fit for this job. It's actually really good to use hooks because they means you can remove the lights if you want and change where they're around your house, gives a very flexible mounting option. 2- Make sure the weatherproof the box that has the on/off button on it, if your setup forces you to expose it to outdoors. For weatherproofing I recommend getting weatherproof bags/pouches that's used by cyclists/campers etc. Cut small openings for the cable ends, place the box in the pouch and apply silicone to the cut areas of the bag to seal after you done and happy with the setup. Yes it's extra work but that's my way of making them work the way they should. The lights work great tho, app is freaking awesome, loads of presets, very fun to do diys as well. But like I said make your hardware mounted with hooks and the box is weatherproofed.
