Hatch - Rest 2nd Gen All-in-one Sleep Assistant, Nightlight & Sound Machine - White

Great question! Right now, Rest 2nd gen is designed to play one sound at a time. While you can choose from a dreamy library of rain, wind, and other relaxing sounds, they aren’t able to combine multiple sounds at once just yet. That said, we’re always listening to feedback like yours as we explore future updates and features!

Great question! The decibel level is very dependent on the environment, but we'd love to learn more to see if we can help! Please reach out to us at review@hatch.co, and we'd be happy to help!

Great question! Rest 2nd gen has a simple set up process but if you feel like you could use some extra help setting it up, we are here to help! Feel free to reach out to us at review@hatch.co and reference the code [HB23BZR]. Our team would be happy to help! - Your friends at Hatch

Hi Kay! Thank you for your question! While WiFi is required to connect to your Rest 2nd gen and make changes via the Hatch Sleep App, as long as the device is powered on and active, your Beacons will still run as scheduled. If you’re running your Rest 2nd gen without WiFi you’ll be able to access the basic sounds and the 3 next tracks of a Channel saved to your favorites. Please note that all the content won’t be downloaded to the device to play everything available. If needed, you can also use the buttons on the back of the device to adjust brightness, volume, and even a quick light if needed on the fly! We hope this information helps, but as always, please message us at review@hatch.co and mention the code HB23BZR if you have any other questions! Thanks again, Emmy and the Hatch Team
