The stove works very well and the clean lines of the range suits my aesthetic. The delivery process and removal of the existing range was flawless. The reason for 4 stars is due to scratches under the coating.

I paid to have the old stove hauled away. They took it outside and left on the side of the road. They told my daughter they would be back by to get it. It has been a week and the stove is still there.

Love my stove cute and efficient.. effortless to use and I love the air fryer capabilities… oh but very sensitive if you bump into the knobs the stove turns on…. So look out

They moved everything in, hooked it up, and hauled away the old dryer no problems. Vent hookup needed love but no problem.

We paid to have our old refrigerator hauled away and recycled - they just dumped it in the street in front of our home!

The dishwasher has been great, been running well. I think the installer installed the unit on a slight tilt after looking it over closely with a level. Its very subtle and it does not bother me but not a perfect install.

I was lucky enough to get my delivery window narrowed down from 7AM-7PM to 8AM-12PM. They showed up around at 8:30AM; two gentlemen and my TV in their delivery truck. I opted for the haul away option because it was cheaper than a traditional haul away service AND I didn't have to break my own back trying to get my TV off the wall mount. Or did I.... The gentleman told me that I needed to get the TV off of the mount for the haul away; I was a bit surprised to hear that that was the case. I didn't make a fuss and simply replied if he could help me bring it down (a 65" brick). He obliged and we both grabbed a corner of the TV and brought it down. Once it was down, he did make sure to remove the wall mount hooks off the TV (I supplied my own power tool for them to use). At my age, I'm still a bit like spring chicken, but I can't imagine someone who is less springy try to bring down a large TV at the request of the delivery team. I'm not sure if I got a unique team to come over, but it still was surprising. I took a star off for that. Maybe two..but they were definitely friendly. Anyway, the other gentleman single handedly grabbed the TV and stowed it away in their delivery track. So in conclusion, Best Buy's haul away option is still very cost effective with respect to other haul away teams you'd find on Yelp, but you may get asked to bring your TV down...maybe. That is the main reason why I paid for the service: (1) Bring my TV off the mount to save my own back and (2) haul it away to be processed in an appropriate recycling facility. This is a pretty good dishwasher, the only complaint is the fact that has an unpleasant smell after the dishes are washed and the machine is dry. However, now I’m leaving its door a bit open and the smell disappears without bringing a bad smell in the kitchen so problem solved. Also I saw some complaints about not drying the dishes completely. That is true if you proceed to get the dishes out the moment the cycle is done. So I’m starting the dishwasher before leaving for work and hours later when I’m back home the dishes are dry. Other then that everything works like a charm and I’m happy with my purchase

What a relief to not have to cart away a big old broken fridge. The Geek Squad had our new one installed & our old one gone in around a half hour. There was some initial address confusion & some minor floor scuffs but overall it was a good experience

I am a regular appliance customer of bestbuy and just received a whirpool refrigerator today from my favorite company which is bestbuy. My problem is delivery of online appliance orders which i have had every time w deliveries .today i got my brand new fridge wo its box which is out of ordinary when i asked the delivery person where is the box he showed me a LG fridge box !!!!. I said this is not mine and u had no right to take my appliance out of its original box .secondly i had called bestbuy 2 times and asked the delivery call me before getting to my apt bc i am not living there ,unfortunately they called me when they got to the delivery address which my tenant lives there .imagine how i drived there and how many accidents i could have .third they didn't level the fridge that i had paid for its installation. I love bestbuy and i will order again w bestbuy but third party delivery companies, every time i have an issue w them

Pretty standard stuff here. They pulled the old fridge out and removed it. I recommend this service because who wants to do that kind of stuff in the middle of getting a new refrigerator?

I will readily admit to feeling bad when seeing how my team of installers removed my old refrigerator. They became a human dolly where each wore straps around their backs and lifted the heavy fridge into the air and onto the truck. The team was courteous and conscious of my floor and scratches. They did a great job in a short amount of time - and best of all - I just watched. Good job team.

The installers disconnected and removed my old gas dryer efficiently and carefully. There was no damage to my home. My only suggestion would be to consider having haul away free like most appliance dealers. I was surprised I needed to pay for this.
