Set up was not too difficult when putting it together. The moment you get on the bike, it gives you a comfort feeling. Regular bike with a moped feeling. Max speed depending on terrain can go up to 28mph. Be careful because this bike is fast but extremely fun. Highly recommend and I would definitely buy again from this brand!

Great Ebike. Fits in the trunk when folded. Average weight for an ebike. Battery wont charge. Heybike said they would replace it, but I would have to pay 60 dollars to send the battery back. I returned the bike and got an actbest bike which is similiar to this model about a third of the price on amazon. I would have bought another heybike, but they wouldnt be made quick enough.

The Heybike electric bike is great. It's a smooth ride. The app is easy to use and it look awesome.

Super fun and super fast! My only caution is look up local ordinances. Where we live we are limited by it being a class 3 bike. However, it’s a complete blast!

False advertisement. Best Buy rip me off by giving me the wrong item and not refunding me my money back . Paid good money for high end e bike and end up getting a lower end e-bike for a high price. It was a birthday gift had to break a kids heart cause it wasn’t the bike the wanted. Corporate and store managers didn’t help what’s do ever very rude customers service
